what's up everyone hopefully doing well. Im having some trouble with the last heart for Ares, I've done his quests already and even gotten the heart unlock animation to show up after i turned in this quest for kills however, it seems that I'm still unable to give him ambrosia. Possible bug? or maybe I havent had enough dialogue with him? Im just confused as to why i saw that unlock animation after the quest but have been unable to get max hearts

Have you finished the run and met him again? I believe you can't gift ambrosia to olympians in the same run where it unlocks.

oh yes, i got the dialogue that happens after the quest was completed, yes this was about 2 days ago, I've done numerous runs since, with no option to give him ambrosia.
i did complete the quest before i even got to the last heart i believe only had 4/7 hearts on competition
since then ive gotten it to 6 with the 7th still being locked

some things to keep in mind for spear gameplay that I didn't know before: Your charge attack can be charged to two level, and also you can dash out of it and the spin attack goes with your dash
that at least made the spin attack way more appealing
