i really should use F10 more.. yesterday tried Unshakable Mettle from Athena/Poseidon, that prevents from being stunned.. it worked during redacted fight, but still Zag said "Can't move!", after being exposed to stun effect. redacted noticed that as well. In order to perfect catch, do you need to predictively press e, or can you just press it quick enough once the flash appears? Because either my reaction time is terrible, or once you see the flash it’s already too late

You can react to the flash and get it.

you can actually do the fishing minigame without watching. the bobbling of the bait is just a throw-off. if the bait is pulled under it does make a certain sploosh sound. when you hear it, press the button

There are different techniques floating around regarding fishing, and they are some that rely on sound while others rely on sight. It's a matter of preference, I guess - I tried sound, but I am getting thrown off by ambient noises.

I remember when i lost all my dds in ||first phase|| and had like 70 hp and went like YOU KNOW WHAT IM GONNA DIE ANYWAY and i almost beat him

I just had the most amazing run that anyone has ever had, i got the plum keepsake, the duo boon from zues and Aphrodite witch makes the call auto charge 1% every 0.2 seconds but reduces the max to 25%, the hermes boon that gives you 30% dodge chance and finally the germes boon that gives you 45% dodge chance for 15 seconds every time you use a call. Guess what happens when you combine all of them over 100% dodge chance i litarly couldn't get hit

I've never been able to deflect the rubble that falls down vs ||White Lernie||. Not that I recall.
Maybe it's possible to deflect them at just the perfect timing before they fall on you with perhaps Divine Dash, and they just fall too fast for that to be reliable. But I don't know if that's a thing.

The way deflect works is that you can't deflect attacks that hit you. You have to deflect before they hit you, or you need to get out of the way or be invincible and deflect.
For that attack specifically, you need to get out of the way (to the side) to deflect it. Or if you're far enough away, you can deflect the tip of the attack.

No, it's been working like that for quite some time. Deflect doesn't make you invincible. What happens is that deflected attacks can no longer hurt you. But if you would deflect only at the same time they already hit you, then you've already been hit and can no longer deflect that attack.

Random Thought. Was there ever a reason why there wasnt a Gaia in the boons? Like. I know that she is in Charon's shop and such but why not have Earth Boons with Rooted type effects to keep an enemy totally still for a second without stunning them or other boons that give benefit when you find gemstones For added attack boosts health etc for those who dont use gemstones or avoid the rooms? Just a thought

That's the aphro/ares duo right? Basically a target with both weak and doom takes multiple hits from doom before it dissapears with the normal proc. You can also notice it visually if you pay attention.

Yeah, I don't see the problem with the item. It's a slippery slope fallacy. Just because they think the item could be useful and people would want to buy it doesn't mean the shop needs to always offer it or the enemies be completely removed.
Their design is really good. They keep you on your toes and require creativity to deal with, and they prepare you for a similar attack from ||Asterius||.
That they end some runs isn't bad design.
The challenge is what makes the game engaging.

yeah so, me and my friend uninstalled the game. got boring quickly. Great/Amazing beginning of the experience but I've realized that Heat levels is actually a really boring mechanic that will not keep me playing the game. other than that the experience was wonderful though, thanks for the gg, update doesn't renew either of our interest at all, don't know if that's important or not but thought I'd just post my feedback here to let you know.

I share the sentiment. I wish completing a higher heat run was rewarded with at least two or three lowest heat rewards, instead of only one. Feels completely forced to me. I think if the game gets really popular there'll be mod for that.
Especially considering there's already an end-game chase target in the form of gemstones which are required in crazy amounts to completely renovate even a single room.

I just beat the ace combat 7 campaign, and now i feel all sad and empty. I know that when hades is fully released and i see the ending, I'm gonna get the exact same feeling but worse.

for future reference when people ask about hidden aspects the requirements to those are pinned in the channel i mentioned, you can just direct them there
most of the game's progress amounts to just keep playing and talking to people but there are some certain things you have to do

Spear is the midway between sword and bow. They nerfed the final aspect too much for me so I use Hades aspect

Riks: For surviving through the final boss try focusing the special on spear with a high dmg % boon (poseidon, aphrodite, etc.). People don't seem to like it as much, but I think it's lots of fun and can be very safe.

Is that correct? And higher rarity is a bigger boost than higher level, though ideally you have both
This is just what I’ve observed from playing the game, haven’t looked it up

normally, you can only get common/rare/epic rarities for normal boons. heroic can only be gotten through certain methods which can raise a boon's rarity (exchanges and eurydice)
legendary boons and duo boons are distinct categories of boons, not rarities
