coming in very late to just say i wouldn't say it's right to say what you learn in high school isn't important, since a lot of it is. a lot of it is critical thinking and logic solving skills which are very, very important. just a combination of how they're taught and the massive workload makes it frustrating enough to make them feel useless. which is not going to be some life changing thing to read but i think, personally, that if i could have viewed the things i learned as less of "this is useless and i'll never use it" and more as life "can i take anything from this" it would have been a less miserable experience, but there are some teachers who make that really hard and teach things badly enough that it seems impossible to find anything to learn at all at all, so it's kind of rough all around.

Tell anyone over 30 "I'll never marry" and they'll say "everyone does and so will you, you'll find a good husband/wife and have a lot of kids"

Although I’d say python isnt necessarily easy (although it’s probably the simplest syntax to follow)
It’s got it’s own quirks so if you can manage those you can honestly pick up C# or whatever language you want pretty easily imo

reminders that they're intrusive and not a reflection of you things like shouting slurs or hurting animals, this aren't something you would actually do. or if like "if this thought/actions happens, then this will happen, then this..." when it starts you say "that hasn't happened yet so i don't need to worry about it."

also yes, they certainly aren't the most accurate reflection of you. More of a reflection of things in the past that you internalized for whatever reason. If it's too much to think about, this is not a bad idea
