Forced vacation is common for companies that may have "dead" zones due to common holidays times.
For example if you have a company that relies on an extensive production chain internally to work without interruption, then people can't continue anymore and production and profit stagnate.
So people have to take the time off instead (which rarely matters cause it tends to be a very limited time frame and everyone tries to take their vacation around that time anyway, e.g. Christmas).

Due to your size, you are naturally invisible. Creatures with blindsight and truesight can see you, but those with tremorsense cannot as you are too light to cause any reactions in the ground. it depends on your skill level + what youre trying to make tbh. i'm only super familiar with mv and 2k3
if youre just starting out with any rpgmaker program, 2k3 is the best place to start. its easy to get the hang of basic things, but because its a pretty old version its got some limitations. you can circumvent some limitations with user plugins iirc, and i think that can be said for most rpgmaker installments

Basically enchant a "firebomb" in a chicken's beak and use "Open" to trigger the bomb remotely, preferably a flock of chickens.

Yes, go to Documents / Saved Games / Hades, and duplicate (at least) Profile1.sav, then rename the copy to Profile2.sav. I also recommend doing that for the rest of the files that start with Profile1 (changing to 2) but you shouldn't need to

Dnd is awesome. I had a game on Friday where I nearly killed the party but my druid ended up dying instead. We’re playing Hoard of the Dragon Queen. My new character is gonna be a dwarven cleric of war and Bahamut.

Oh nice! My Friday game was nuts—I was actually in a similar situation, the BBEG dominated my warlock/paladin and then noped out. I was forced to take out an NPC we had (another party member saved them after), then (tw)|| use my final attack to lop off my own head ||. Fortunately, I'm playing a semi-immortal race that the DM homebrewed, so now the next session is going to be the rest of the party finding where I ended up xD

We just hit level 4 (not my druid tho) and it’s pretty fun and we’ve been having good roleplay. My druid’s death was sad in character but I refused to make it sad out of character. Some of the players are new and I wanted them to see me take death in stride.

Yep! And my party is already exploring how the death will affect their characters. Like our rogue was unconscious and was chosen to be stabilized first so she’s gonna have guilt and change up her act. The wizard and barbarian grew closer. And the bard was the one who tried to stabilize my druid but failed the check. The fighter was not there this week but he’s gonna have some emotions I imagine...

Genasi was an inspiration but pretty much under all their skin (which feels like glass) they have their substance underneath, their breath can bleed out some of the mist/smoke/fog and they tend to have almost cloud like hair. I’d need to go back and check my notes if I brought them in bc originally they were only for a comic.

Yes, but they can shape it by absorbing more fog/mist/smoke. So say a Mistling wanted to look like a firbolg in terms of height, she’d have wait until the mist coalesced and basically breathe in enough that her glass form is forced to expand to the height she wants

Yep! Can’t be bigger or smaller but they can condense and expand the glass enough within the medium range.

Yep, three subraces based on their substance. Each one offers different spells at certain levels. I made them a +2 int race with a +1 in wisdom, dex or con depending on subrace. But Tasha’s changed that which I’m not upset by, now Glass Faeries aren’t restricted to being high intelligence

My friend just helped me balance out my Glass Faeries for DnD, 4 subraces now, they get more stuff as they level but lose out on a point towards ability scores. They get an offensive cantrip right off the bat and utility 1st level spell they can cast at 2nd level twice per long rest. Also, they grow wings at 8th level!
