Agree somewhat here. At 50-62 with Rival 4 and Frenzy 2, you are basically required to have Sprint speed via Nitro Boost, Blinding Rush, and/or The Swift Runner with P3 Chronos and Rival Cerberus, or to face tank, or dodge perfectly for a while.
