It could be a few things but you could pretty safely say it's emf 5.
Emf levels will reflect on the board either on the dot, +1 or -1. So a level 5 on the board could either be level 4 or 5 on EMF.
Given that you had two jumps, one of 4 and one of 5 with no in-between it most likely was emf 5. The only things that make an emf 4 level are ghost events and hunts. If you're not in the house at the time of the spike, it's 100% emf 5
