also the reason I delay near the end of transition phase is to wait out my weapon active cooldown

since after breaking the spear in the middle, the timer is paused

if you time it properly you have your weapon active back as soon as you are done the clicking

you can also opt to do a hle qte in between fdd and ps during the spear break transition (optional, and more than likely unecessary)
so it would go hle jump to trigger fdd qte > fdd weapon skill > ult > hle qte > ps qte > ps weapon skill > ps ult > hle qte

if you got a hle weapon attack into ult before entering SO

the boss would already be in the critical state and the SO damage wouldnt be negated

keep in mind when hle ults after a weapon skill the timer is paused as well, so you arent losing time to these small adjustments

if i have to pick one with blank considerations and no preferences, i might lean towards hohe only because she has a divine key (currently gacha only) that gives her astral ring functions.

Maybe in the far future that weapon may become more available (doubtful honestly) and maybe you can get use out of her that way (big maybe though since usually at that point they're giving away stuff, it's usually on its way out of the meta if not already)

for very fresh players, hohe can serve as a budget ice dps for memorial arena since you get robert peary stigmatas from beginner shop (higher than poverty baseline dps stigs). Granted you can always just use RC as a lesser but still servicable main dps instead, but newer people starting with HLE will have RC supporting her.

• as a main dps is lackluster even upon her release. She can still serve as one on a budget i suppose
• her main role is a support but
  • is quite awkward without her signature weapon as it helps unlocks a weapon (the three icons above her hp) for her general gameflow. There are alternatives to go about this though
  • her sp regen is extremely lacking at s0. S2 helps but it's not a complete fix either. Without adequate sp regen and for extended fights, it's common for her to ult every other rotation. The ult is what gives the team breach which is quite significant (she does have other buffs though)
• her main meta support cases are...
  • HoFi main dps (needs hofi dkey)
  • HoO main dps (also needs hofi dkey)
  • FoV main dps (the other support is sparkle though who also isn't recommended to pick up)
  • all of the above are niche and very impractical for newer players to build

you need to go further into HLE attack sequence so that you can charge ult more at least, because that is not enough damage

Basically HLE uses 100 sp on ult and then uses more sp to charge her ult so you generally don't want to press until you have more then 100 sp so you can get some charge

i'm not too opposed to an FDD backpull if you really have to resort to it since she is recent and the latest valk to give team breach

but team breach for newer teams really isn't that major nowadays and non breach alternatives can still get close

therefore ideally you don't backpull.

Getting a valk you don't already own for "free" is pretty nice but Thelema without her weapon is highly dysfunctional. Her weapon is available in paid battle pass but if you're spending money and are meta focused, i really rather you spend money on more crystal efficient things (whaling guide in pins) for new releases instead.

Even if you get thelema with her weapon, having higher ranks is more the norm now for her in the competition, and her actual top uses are very niche now due to her age.

If you care about catching up on hohe, then thelema support for her is actually important so you may put more weight in that idea.

Strictly meta f2p wise, yes ELFs would be more useful assuming no access to thelema weapon. Otherwise it's a bit more debatable. Both are niche at the end of the day and a 3* ELF even if you find such a niche would only be a slight improvement (but such slightness can still be a significant difference in higher abyss)

the main one is going to be kiana but you will want to only pursue it if you can get to 3* AND if there's an immediate use case

There's no 50/50 in this game. It's very realistic to plan for full guarantee and avoid gambling on luck.

I don't expect HoHE dkey weapon to become more available/freely accessible anytime soon, nor would i recommend you to backpull it to begin with. Even if you somehow get it, the only main benefits i see from her for your account are

• another symbiosis support (RS is already one) but you can prob expect that from new future releases instead
• Psy Ice Ranged WoD dps. This exact combination will be niche. For ice you already are working on HLE too.
• weakpoint utility on tank but again this is niche

For HoTr, the main things i would be looking for is herrscher trio (either hofi or hoo main dps, both with hofi dkey), or FoV dps (which wants sparkle)

HLE lead with PAWS Vita support might be ok. HLE can go into negative sp so she may not need two symbiosis to restore enough for her full outburst sequence.

Don't go out of your way for thelema valk. She's not worth going that far. Check out the pins here for a spending event guide if you haven't already seen it.

No need to consider HoRb's weapon if you don't already have HoRb. Even if you do have her, i kinda urge f2p meta players to skip her anyway tbh.

If you're a spender then HoRb is available from a paid celebration box, but I really don't recommend this unless you're a big seele fan.

if you really have to pull on a rerun, then a recent breach valk is more tolerable but overall still not recommended

breach makes them very commonly top support choices high in the game but

• other non breach but matching options still come close
• by the time you reach high meta, there will prob be a different and more relevant new breach support to get instead
