Normally the rec is as soon as possible because you settle into a bracket with virtually the same crystals at minimum even if your account is barren while unlocking new stuff/more rewards

You have 3 4/4 valks so you are set for RL and at minimum can essentially maintain agony 3 and RL bounce easily (weather shenanigans)

The dailies are in Missions (on the left) -> Combat Missions (you need to get 600 Daily Duty every day to get all the rewards) and in Attack -> Start -> Material Expedition (you need to clear the highest difficulty stages there manually, afterwards you can clear them with 1 button press)

There's some stuff that refreshes on a timer different from 1 day or 1 week

Like Abyss (Q-Manifold in your case, it refreshes on Mondays and Fridays) and Open World tasks (Monday, Thursday and Saturday)

I suggest you check Account Progression Pointers in the pins

And no, there's no other stamina system

Feel free to use the stamina sodas btw, there's no use for them in the endgame

Don't go too crazy on spending ASM since you won't use her a lot but any cheap supporting skills you want to unlock and max, damage ones less prio for kira especially an A rank kira, so make sure you are not sacrificing other valk skill upgrades like RC's in favour of upgrading kira skills

for example if you only have 1 s rank part 2, coralie and a 2 part 1 characters that you used for early game as your leveled characters then you can try to do a combo of two each per boss

if your main characters are locked then you can throw any extras that you have just to meet the requirements

just make sure to know who to use for each boss, try training mode if you're not sure

ofc u can also show ur characters if you want extra advice

tbh theres no setting for it, i think it tries to prioritize the highest AR/Level/Etc account since people have had theirs change once one server becamse higher than the other. but theres no setting for it. I'd recommend reporting it to hoyolab customer support, maybe if they get enough they'll add an option for it
