transition ends > disorientation start > ends > brief intermission period before frenzy > frenzy

you can also look at your damage since frenzy massively decreases your damage

the latter sounds kinda crazy but i vaguely remember it being really bad to freeze right before the frenzy state starts even for later rotations where you're extending some state of dealing much less damage. maybe it was just that 75% reduction all along

So from my general understanding (feel free to get a second opinion), is that Valkyrie’s are mostly not good without their weapons, but part 2 valkyries can act as a support if you don’t have their weapons, generally when they are in the legacy phase and have been released several patches prior

its very important for her dps and does have support in it but she can still support okay without it since you didn't get it from debut
and if you do have a wide list of geared valks you won't take much dmg from skipping it incase you need the pulls for the future

but you can always take stuff you learn from here to extrapolate to other scenarios too possibly

that said i don't think i have too much more notable/major to say beyond what was already said

well a quick thing i can say skimming through the video is to expend all of hohe's weapon actives at the end of p1 and see if that would be enough

while subsequent weap actives are less damage it's still quite time efficient if it's all you need left. Might be better than reving up a whole charged attack

hold weapon on ground > evade right after hitting the enemy before the end of the animation

get used to going straight to your next action afterwards too

you can even chain a few of them consecutively

the time save isn't much overall but it may add up or even the tiny amount can matter

it's tricky and punishing to learn at first (doing it too early makes you do nothing but waste time)

but once you get a feel for it it should become second nature

also how are you playing her? I mainly remember shoving myself into enemies and turning alot to try to get lances to hit more often

you do have to back off if you run low though

possibly your main concern are the bosses so you can try focusing on more single target stuff rather than aoe stuff too.

• This may discourage you from the chalk weapon (although i vaguely want to say if your'e in the middle of the enemy, all chalks will hit?)
• cuisine isn't that great either iirc since it leaves a path behind that you already cleared out so to speak
• you can consider pen of spinning art and spirit lamp. I can't remember what i picked last when not using the above. I know i tried out laser pointer and kendo sword but i don't think i was happy with them either.

In regards to Herrscher of Reason
best cheap (some people mean this when they say f2p) build is going to be

• robert peary (g2) stigmata from starter manual (beginner event)
• and star of eden anti entropy from [Dreamland Treasures] > [Starry Wishes Shop] > Sincerest Affection Divine Key Option (box). If you don't get this here, then you can get it from bp Reserve Works as people mentioned
  • if you need other things in the meantime then use scott 3pc and your cheapest but highest atk cannon
• teammates can be a combination of RC, Shigure Kira, JK, or VBm. If you don't know abbrevs, then refer to glossary in #👶beginner-help pins
• beware even at her best potential she will underperform by today's standards. Do not expect much from her.

for best stuff (all farmable now so technically f2p but very costly and time consuming and underwhelming)

• ranks are farmable from War Treasury shop. Search [!faq al income] for its currency
• ideal teammates are JK and Kira. Let us know if you want to know more but the time and resource cost for this isn't worth it either.
• people covered everything else already (SoEAE, Willows)

If you're a bronya fan, keep in mind you can get Herrscher of Truth for free now if you haven't already from events > glimmering revelry > secret garden.
budget wise:

• use robert peary and cheapest high atk cannon
  • best gears are all in reserve work shop
• set her as leader (independent multiplier is from leader skill)
• use VBm, RC, Kira, and/or JK as teammates
  HoTr is a similarly out of date dps like HoR. Not recommended overall

You can also pick the secondary stats of the other weapons you picked

Hello! I hope this is the correct channel to ask for help. If you check the image, I finished all stages of chapter 9. However, the stage 7, stage 10, stage 21 have cutscene that I can't unlock. I tried playing it again, only turn on "auto-dialogue", letting the character talk without touching anything else. I tried restart the game. I even tried "deleted and redownload the content", yet the problem persists. I never actually saw the cutscene but I know what I miss after checking on youtube. I've wasted a lot of stamina so I want to make sure if I had done something wrong, or is it truly a bug? Any help is appreciated. Thank you for your attention!

you're missing these three, now i don't remember which stage they were in, but you try to play the stage in between the CGs you have unlocked and click through all the dialogue straight to the CGs, I know you already tried but they could be in other stages or somehow you missed(just in case).

elysian realm doesnt really require any heavy investment, you can just use your best geared valk and it should be a cakewalk
ma requires multiple teams, heavily shilled towards newer units but clearable with older ones (unfortunately you are in exalted ma which makes it harder to get a good score without newer units)
abyss is your main crystal source, so if you are looking to be competitive (highest crystal income) you need to catch up with the meta hence why berwinator recommended restarting, beginner rewards are much better compared to the past
if you are looking to just pull who you like, you have to be patient with your pulls
one thing I will note if you are more casual is that newer units are reliant on their weapon moreso than p1 units, there is no cope option and they lose too much utility (pity is reduced and stigmatas are craftable, so you are only required to pull valk + weapon) older players can garuntee a valk every 2 patches, but depending on their luck they can more likely than not pull every new unit
also with the state of your account right now you are not getting past agony 1, from what I see from other SEA players, agony 2 is already a challenge for newer accounts with newer units

tl;dr all your damage output is focused on a new mechanic called stellar outburst (big blue button) different rings have different mechanics in this outburst
for example sparkle who follows world star relies on placing resonance tags on enemies and having the team detonate it, though your teammates need to have the domain resonance tag to be able to do that

2 things to note regarding this, when the video was recorded (3 months ago) the disturbance level was lower and as a result the boss was less tankier than now
also, marisa plays with max gear levels as well as sync3 vbm (since it is farmable) which can be a substantial damage boost
820 seems accurate score that you would get, maybe you could push closer to 830 but replicating his score will not be possible for you at this point

btw you are not maximising your vbm buffs, you should do 2 wa before your jump (also make sure your weapon attack after the jump attack hits the boss)
you can also opt to use your SO earlier
you also ran out of buffs at the end which caused your damage to severly drop causing a massive score loss

make sure vbm always has 3 stacks of her buff up at all times

using your SO refreshes the duration of her buffs as well since she's an roo unit

generally you dont want vbm buffs to run out, but using your SO just before they do to keep the uptime is a viable strategy to maximise fdd uptime

tbh I need to try the boss in rl to get an idea of what is or not possible because nirv is a very different rank, try considering a few of the suggestions I left in another run and see where that gets you

well i can tell you that vbm is definitely not your problem

start the run by applying buffs with your supports then move to your dps not the other way around, paws just needs to qte/ult once, turn vbm qte off, don't ult on her, dont waste the free enhanced wa + ult from qte, there's no point in ending ring early if it's your last one

for this boss the plan is apply buffs then do as many full sequences as can fit in the buff window then ring, adjust from there if you have too much damage

in ring you also get a 30% buff to your attacks so ending it as soon as you get the third stack is generally bad
