There are 3 BP tiers offering different amounts of Crystallums as follows:

it's permanent so there's no real need to rush anything unless you're on a paid bp

but the main recommended things to get long term are divine key weapons to tune (integrate) into the dkey menu

doing so will give you a permanent +10 atk per sync which accumulates and becomes notable collectively, especially if you're aiming for high in the meta

but the weapons themselves won't see any actual gameplay use

Hello guys, I'm a returnee after 2 years of not playing (currently already 1 month playing again). I'm new to these astral and stellar outburst thingy. My last team that carries me consistently on abyss (Agony 3) is HoH, S2 Jade Knight, and Pardo for my elemental dmg and for my Physical team is HoR, Prometheus, and Palatinus Equinox all teams are fully equipped with their signature equipments and I'm just stuck to sinful 3 - agony 1. Now I got the new Elysia valk with the 10 free pull and it's my first SD type valk so I don't know what team will I go pair with her. I currently have 23k crystals, 25 equipment cars and the upcoming battlesupply cards. My current plan is pull the new elysia equipments and hor new equipments but any recommendations and advice will be appreciated. Thanks

As for the new elysia (HLE) you got, unfortunately you're not going to have anything well compatible to use her with for now. It's not just an issue with ely but any newer valk nowadays because they stopped making newer farmables. (every patch now is a gacha only release)

That's not to say you cannot use your new ely at all. There's a top pin in #👶beginner-help on how to build HLE to use on a budget for now, until you get more compatible things later.

Definitely pull for HLE's weapon if you don't already have it though. The rule of getting valk with their signature gear has not changed, except stigmatas are now craftable at worst. So once you get the weapon you can run away from the banner.

HoRb's (rebirth) weapon is a bit more debatable. you can read my thoughts on it here. #👶beginner-help message
But for your case i do think it's viable to consider assuming you already have HoRb, since it's only 60 rolls at worst to get a functional astral ring unit (horb and hle are compatible with each other too) when you are very lacking in those right now. Do assess after your ely weapon rolls though. I don't recommend rolling if you cannot plan to guarantee.
