you kinda have a way to know the performance if you play HSR, because those specs are the same from when that game launched... but keep in mind that game is slower and with less VFX as Honkai + the fights are on a "fix environment"

well you should try to never use directly the root folder (in your case E:\), create a subfolder and try the install in there (should be like E:\[Name of the Folder])

honkai doesnt have the ability to read your browser history and even if it did using a VPN wouldnt affect a program running on your computer from reading your browser history, a VPN hides your IP and activity from your ISP and websites you are visiting but not stuff already running on your computer

but trust me i've looked through what honkai does and doesnt access and your browser history and cache isnt in it

honestly emulator performance is horrible, and some emulators dont even run the game anymore and im not sure if any will run it after the big 2.0 update in 7.3

the keyboard controls for combat are actually pretty well optimized when you get used to it so i'd recommend that. or if you cant get used to it but have around 20usd a generic xbox style controller for pc works very well too.

but even when using an emulator please be aware that if you map the left mouse button to the attack area, menuing will be hard since it'll be clicking that part of the screen in addition to when you try to click on anything in the menu

you can move the game files without issue (by default C:\Program Files\Honkai Impact 3...\Games )
moving the launcher folder cause problems to some captains and need to reinstall it
and once you move the folder, when opening the launcher you need to use the "locate game" option to select the new path of the files

you can reinstall the game without any issue, but by using the uninstaller its going to delete only the current "hi3 folder" afaik, so if you have other game install in another path you will need to manually delete them.

tbh that doesn't tell much, could be that you copy the file (end with 2 exact copies) or that you move it (only one folder remain, unless it fail, then you have 2 folders but with "parts of the files" on each one)
you can do an easy check by looking the folders proprieties, if both have the same number of files / similar size, then yeah you can delete the one you want

delete the "Games folder" from the old volume, and keep the one on the new.
After that, the launcher will think you didn't install the game, then instead of installing again, you use the "locate file" option and select the Games folder left on the new volume

hsr is on a different server than hi3 so if its a connection issue then the fact hsr works doesnt actually mean anything

yup thats the SEA version, so only teh sea server is available, it auto detects your version based on your physical location but luckily its much much easier to redownload on android

the problem is is that without the password and none of the self help recovery options working like no recovery devices and other recovery emails and stuff then i think your only option is to contact google support and hope for the best

email is like that, its very important to keep the password written somewhere else, or at least some other recovery devices/emails

but if you're still logged in on your phone you could try changing the password in your email on your phone, it might not ask for the old one if you're currently logged in

3. On your D: make a new folder, call it like Honkai or something, it doesnt really matter what the name is but the game should have its own folder.
4. Paste the games folder in the newly created folder that you did in step 3.
5. Open your launcher and in the settings set the games install location to the games folder you copied over in step 4.

Profit!

dont move the whole honkai folder. just the games folder. if you move the whole thing it breaks the launcher a lot of times and you have to reinstall. Everything outside of the games folder is the launcher folder and launcher data and usually doesnt take up more than 100MB or something like that

looks like you are having connection issues and corrupted the download,

cuz hi3 only supports xbox and older style playstation controllers by default

i'd try restarting your pc first and then just open hi3 first thing and if it still isnt working try unplugging and replugging in the controller and if that doesnt work then try this stuff
