tbh if its like 90% of those errors its an internet related connection issue that was the problem, i was just verifying that but since its now working it makes sense that it was a connection issue that became stable enough to do the verifying.

yeah either your ISP or someone in between you and honkai servers is being unstable is what it usually is
if it gets worse or you cant get around it then i recommend just makeing a free account with protonVPN and connecting to the USA country. that almost always clears it up (as long as the issue isnt being cause as close to home as your own ISP)
Im also running issues with voicelines and music etc, they seem like they're broken (it also repaired last patch after few days)
sounds like a corrupted audio file download issue which makes sense with your frequent connection issues, probably repaired it properly last patch if i had to guess

if you are in Android / IOS , you have to reinstall the correct versions of the game

Probably you didn't see the answer I give you before, but you need to download the game with the Google account that has the funds, that is the only way that Google play will show the payment methods of that account

in short, while the file was downloading you got a connection issue and corrupted the download, you need to download the update again

I have a few assumptions:
- The game client has been running for too long and cannot allocate memory for sounds
- Something is wrong with the SoundFX archive. Reinstall the game or try a repair function in BetterHI3Launcher https://github.com/BuIlDaLiBlE/BetterHI3Launcher/releases
but in regards to getting help in here. be patient. we're all volunteers in here and i was in the bathroom

- restart game, then PC
- check sound settings
- try repairing game in the launcher
- try repairing game with red button in-game (on login screen)

if you ask how to download the SEA ver. you need an Apple ID set to one country from there (e.g. Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand)
keep in mind that Vietnam have their own ver. now, but idk what is the difference with sea appart of payment
well that is just geography, you can just google about SEA (Southeast Asia) and you will find it all of the countries 
still keep in mind that on the game for the SEA server, they count Australia too
from the HI3 website: SEA Server: The server timezone is GMT+8. Recommended for players in Southeast Asia and Australia

- DL via Download Manager (Like JDownloader). Newer Chrome and Edge will take time because they scan the files inside it
- Delete
[Game Folder]\BH3*_Data\StreamingAssets\Asbbefore overwrites all your Downloaded Package - Unzip all with 7Zarchiver (install it first) overwrite all
- Run BH3*.exe <- depend of your server, the name may differ
literally doing since V3.7 and works everytime
you could try a custom launcher if you want (2nd pin) 
collapse for example have delta-patch so you can download just the necesary files (good for users with slow connections)

Hello, I was playing Elysian Realm deep sequence and got to the end with HoO, I choose the Elysia boss and beat it, but when the slow mo thing happened after every fight, it would not end. The challenge would never finalize and I'd be stuck staring at my game with the buttons still clickable, but not able to do anything. Quitting the game, restarting the device, or reinstall did not help. Trying to resume the challenge makes me do the Elysia boss again and the same result happens. Any suggestions?

be patient, you dont need to write the same msg every time, and you need to contact CS for issues with the artbook #how-to-contact-cs they are the only ones that can help you, in here we are just captains like you
the whole problem is that they write me something new every time.
The BIGGEST problem is that they sent it to the wrong address, they said that they would investigate it, and after all the hassle they say that "after the investigation, we realized that we were mistaken, you gave us a new address, but don't wait for the book, break off"

so those listed files are corrupted downloads, what you'll need to do is go to your games installation folder then go to games/bh3_data/streaming assets/audio/generatedsoundbanks/windows and delete the files shown if they're there. then reopen the game and it'll try to redownload the missing files and probably show some more (the error message only shows a few at a time) so you might have to keep at it a few times

- see if you have GENERAL_DATA_V2_ScreenSettingData (might have to change something in the resolution to like windowed mode and close the game to get this to show up
- right click and click modify that screensettingdata

support for some very old/very underpowered devices that are below minimum specs was dropped this version. theres no way around it but you can report it to customer support, maybe they'll get the devs to let y'all at least install the game on phones that shouldnt be running it well #how-to-contact-cs
but the main reason is beucase that phone cant run any of the modern stuff reliably so they made it unable to install on those phones

hi I have a problem with downloading the game. So first i couldn't download new update, so I tried to redownload whole game. It also didn't work and now im doing whole thing again for like 5th time. Could you help me please? My PC matches all requirements for the game

The CS has answered me and gave me some instructions. From it I've ignored the connection (I am cabled to the network and I have no VPN, also this is a graphic problem, not connection). I've ignored Turn off Post Processing (Before this it went greatly and I have a good pc, so that cannot be).
I tried with the repair at the login screen but it haven't find corrupted files, all the resources are downloaded and I couldn't download them again (something that I don't want to do because my connection is as slow as a slug).
I went to the Appdata Locallow location and deleted the content inside Honkai folder and then rebooted my pc. I've entered the first portal of the ER and it went through.
If I happen to face that problem again I will come back.

yeah that is the normal patch behaviour,
but if you dont want to download everything, you can use the delta patch feature of that launcher next time,

It's probably due to the newness of the controller not working with xinput. Tbh you've already tried everything that we know to do. Other than reinstalling the controller drivers in windows I'd recommend contacting CS and see if they have anything specific to get that controller working #how-to-contact-cs

but try that just to test, if the game start detecting the controller then is a problem with windows, a missing file, the controller...
If it doesn't work then looks like it's the game itself

- Add the game (BH3.exe) on steam via "add non-steam game"
- configure your controller
- run the game and test
the game detects it, it works for like 2 seconds until the loading settings screen and on bridge it shows the binds but buttons dont work

Yeah that is steam, you need to configure but first try running the game "normally" and disconnect the other "controller"

The game always take the first controller connected iirc, so if you had the wheel connected probably that will have the control of the game before

Then tbh it sound like is windows having some problem with giving access to the driver or that one program you installed is causing the issue (because you said that worked with a "clean install" of windows)
So the only thing I can recommend is to just use steam, but remember to configure the controller before entering the game.
And check if you can find what is causing the conflict.

And is a connection issue, most probably you ISP having problems to have a stable connection to the server, still check the 6th pin 📌 for some ways to fix/bypass the issue
yeah i think its something with like that, and its the other way around it stopped after the clean install of windows, before that i was messing around and somehow got it to work
Check if this works for you
- remove the controller from the registered devices on the Bluetooth / wireless list
- connect the controller via USB
- (optional) install / open the Xbox accessories app and update the firmware
- without disconnecting, restart the PC and try running the game
If that don't work then only workaround is the "steam input" option

On big picture you can access more easily to configure
GL with that, hopefully work for you. Just a reminder again, run steam as admin or the game can have problems detecting the steam input

I just check steam, to configure you need to enter on the "test" option, the button in the end of the list is to desktop navigation, and Idk how is named on English, check if you have install on the steam input something like, "advance Xbox functionality"

i already tried rebooting my wifi and tried using vpn.
While the wifi still cant do anything the vpn works but after i try doing event or just simple battle its just goes back to loading. (Im using ipad)
Do you get an error or is that you don't get the code?
Looks like it's directly your ISP causing the issue, on the vpn did you try using other server? (Don't use JP if you are using the one in the pins)

I uninstall the last version launcher and the newest, but the game crash in 84% of the verefication

Internet service provider, the ones you pay to get access, try using other vpn server if you can and test

Yeah a files verification, if you had any issue during the download when the game check the files before installing them, see that the files are corrupted, and make you download the game again.

Or you can use a custom launcher to make the download if you want (check the 2nd pin)
Tbh they cant do anything, the problem is caused by one ISP between you and the game server

So the only option is to get another one or talk to your ISP and tell them that you are getting issues to connect to the game server
For example I have 2 ISP, and the faster one I have always have bad routing to servers away from where I live and they don't do anything, but is the only one faster available where I live 
Yeah, but tbh most ISP solve the routing problems in just some days, hope that is the case for you
And just in case if you are not planing to play coop, don't worry to try to use a VPN far from where you are, any other mode don't need a fast connection to work, just to be stable

Hi, can someone help me? I just tried updating my honkai impact (I have not played for a week due to holidays) and I updated it, but it got to verifying game resources and I accidentally closed the launcher, now when I press download it just says : Game files download error. Check your network settings and try again. and my internet is working fine… so I’m not sure what’s happening
