We are not being discriminatory; language support in this Discord is chosen by what’s already supported in the game itself (with the exception of Spanish).

You do have the right to ask and request but as I’ve said already, right now we aren’t expanding into other languages. While we would love to add support for many other languages (Portuguese, Turkish, and Russian get requested a lot and are popular), we are not ready for more expansion yet as we just opened the server to a different region with several thousand new Captains and need to stabilize.

We have no plans of adding bots to our server. We use our Ai-chan and are continuously building on her and she does music, it's just only Honkai music because we're an official Honkai server. If you want to listen to specific Honkai song, a mod may be able to help you with that.
The bot you want also wouldn't function how you'd want anyways since we don't allow commands for most roles.

We don't want to gamify this server; the focus is the game itself, not to provide a distraction from the game. While Ai-chan can do that, we haven't implemented it for that reason.

As for the info, that's just curated info that Bunny already provides from the wiki in #wiki-consult and #equipment-album displays the info of max level equipment. Considering the in-game info for team suggestions and what gear to use on valks is typically incorrect (this info is also what is used for the wiki), it's not a very reliable source of info in that regard although it does point in sort of the right direction and in some cases is correct (miHoYo is getting better at suggestions), making it more obvious would serve to pull people out of channels where they can get better help than the bot can provide since players would opt to use the bot instead.

Things like the gacha aspect, as said above, would gamify the server which we don't want. We don't want that because we want people here for the game and not for minigames or a bot doing gacha in the server. However, stuff like that is fair game for potential Discord events, just not for permanent implementation. If you have good ideas for a potential event, feel free to leave your ideas here!

splitting help channels won't really work. mods have discussed this many times throughout the years. as of now it's very unlikely we would make splits. it would create a divide and create opportunities for elitism to pop up. dividing newbies and vets is easy bait.

plus people can't read channels, pins, and descriptions. by the first hour the two channels will be indistinguishable in content and questions and would be a mess of people shouting at each other to "go there" "go here" "newbies over here" "only pros here".

Hello, can someone tell me what s going on with the compensation from Facebook log in problems? It says today its the deadend to claim the stuff, especially the monthly card crtistals missong but there is no way to claim them

If you believe you are entitled to the fb login compensation but haven't received it, contact customer support in-game so they can evaluate your situation. It's possible you slipped through the cracks

Afaik, the compensation should've started rolling out a couple days ago. If you haven't received it and you weren't able to play without making a new login method, you should contact CS to verify your eligibility

A better help-advice, I’ve been in there spamming for help for 5-10min all I got was Pin that I have no idea, something about beginner benefit and someone ask about my Lv.
