It's the route we chose instead of doing a super chaotic everyone tag. We knew there still would be some potential problems, and surprisingly you're the only complaint we'd had so far. We're giving everyone who has a Captain role and unblocked DMs here another chance to see they can get 60 crystals here, because not everyone reads FB and Twitter about this limited and interactive event.

Yes... but not everyone does that. Last time we did everyone tags we had around 30k people and that nearly destroyed the server with spam so we had to Slowmode it. Consider everyone tagging a 60k server now... Plus the DMs are in small batches since bots can be overloaded and disabled by Discord if say even 10% of those people try to play the chatbot event at the same time.

There are some commands but they are incomplete and can’t be invoked by public so far. That command can only seek through the title and add it to queue.

The problem was that people were yelling and arguing about what other people were posting rather than just posting their own suggestions.
The suggestions channel isn't for critiquing other people's suggestions but for making your own (or helping someone who may not realize their suggestion was already implemented)
Gatekeeping elitist assholes are responsible for the mods having to block message history to keep the REEEEE crowd away; it is ok.
It may result in duplicate suggestions but people barely read it anyways so yeah 😄

Currently I understand it to be that you can't talk about anything that isn't currently in the live release of the region's game client.

Anticipating upcoming content and the spending of crystal on such content is an important part of help-advice and it seems counter intuitive to constantly push people away from that channel to one that isn't labelled for help just because a piece of gear or something hasn't been put into the announcements in game.

So like damage numbers and modifiers in her skills stay in spoilers

If she's meta-relevant, and thus if you should spend crystals on her, we can't speak on that until official releases in CN where her skills are finalized*. We can recommend that you save for her still; generally, new S ranks are good and find a place, somewhere, in the meta.

I suggest giving captains a role (like @EU CO-OP) indicates a desire to join the cooperative game. Captains who need an ally will ping other captains according to their role. The number of captains who are ready for a cooperative game can be displayed in the server status (:EU: Searching for a group: 0).
If there are more than 10 captains (10, because they may contain different criteria for co-op level) with this role, will ping this role every 5 minutes with the message like "10 (or more) captains are waiting for the cooperative".

Even if it's just a small cooldown like 5 seconds, it'll help stop chat from moving so fast when people spam enter and also discourage random discourse.

The Azur Lane discord help channel (when I was there) was basically constantly active and had a 10-15s cooldown and worked really well. People tended to ping more and write more thought out, concise advice instead of sporadic, scattered sentences.

The only maybe negative is that people tended not answer "yes" and "no" questions so as not to go on cooldown, but opted to use reactions of "yes" and "no" instead. Although with a small cooldown, I don't think this would be near as much of an issue.

Hello, today i got a big issue.
Im playing on PC version, with PS4 Controller ( Razer Raiju ). Normally, controller, was recognized as Xbox device, cause I didnt instal additional drivers, that allows more options for controller and makes it a proper PS4 device.
SO today, after instaling those driver, game no longer recognize the gamepad. No matter what emulators i tried, nothing.

Any ideas ? Cause i dont feel like playing on Keyboard, plus i dont want to deinstall all drivers from my gamepad just for one game :/
