They do have access to more info, but usernames arent unique and can be changed several times a week, and frequently email addresses change as well so arent reliable to find an account (especially if it hasnt been accessed in a very long time), out of the 10's of millions of accounts they cant find them like that so they have to rely on the UID's which cant change and are unique to each account

I hope ou can too, your best bet if you cant find any screenshots or anything showing your UID and didnt write it down anywhere is like you're doing which is to find someone that had friended you in the game before on the EU server to see if they can provide your UID. I guess if you used to play on PC and havent uninstalled the game since you last played on that account theres a way to find it but otherwise you'll have to see if anyone you were friends with can contact you with your UID

Hello so it has been a really really long time since i have played hi3 (mistly due to exams and personal stuff) i recently downloaded it again to check out the new update i try logging into my mihoyo account, instead i get hit with a fresh new save from the beginning. I am super duper confused since isw my account had progress on it please help on as to what i can do

They don't see it as a profit maker so they kind of gave up on it. Took a lot of good talent and moved them elsewhere. I think they're doing great though. Just needs more time.

someday all hsr fans will realize the truth (that hi3 is the better game) and they will all immigrate and hi3's popularity will increase exponentially and life will be beautiful
