Dib is easy visit sanc get perfect diet at least once and touch one of the special spots such as gate 17 or the kouga spot in south plains

Those areas are where a good number of patrol zones and migration zones meet set theoretically if you just travel the map and touch a good number, you’ll be good oh also don’t forget to travel the bigger. You are the more you needs to be on the move. If you stay in one area, it does hurt your chances. And don’t go infertile due to diet hitting zero
