The idea of a Survival-Horror game is great, but the idea of a bigger version of Primal Carnage is not so attractive. The fact that the game is currently spawn-fight-die-spawn-fight-die-repeat and a Utah taking only 75 minutes to grow, people don't really care losing it, they will just respawn and pounce everything they see for the fun of it. This game is only a KFS Deathmatch since update 3 and not only for Utahs but all species encounters.
Consider implementing more features to give a purpose to our dinosaurs, so it is not just one of many respawn but a valuable character instead. Make us want to keep it and make us ask ourselves twice before engaging, is it worth it? Should i risk it?
• Longer growth times:
A dinosaur that starts as Hatchling in the morning in-game time and end up sub or adult at the sunset is very unrealistic.
• No possibility to save a skin, so every dinos are unique in colours:
Take your time creating your dino, to create some kind of attachments, making you want to keep it for a longer time.
• A huge variety of perks:
Some of them only acquired through unique events/visiting specific areas, having special interactions with other species, winning a duel for alpha, eating rare food sources… so you can't get those special perks all the time with every dinosaur you spawn; those unique perks will be rare and make you want to keep your dinosaur for as long as possible once you unlock them.
• Give a reason to players to go back to the server they played in, a ''home'' to go back to:
Implement a lot of building possibility for humans/tribal, map personalisation (example: moving rocks, destroying trees, ripping high grass to form a small nesting ground for your herd, pack…), something that will stay in the map even after a server restart, anything that makes a server unique in order to keep their players active.
• Encourage as much type of gameplay as possible:
Make some places on the map more peaceful and beautiful for those who wants to explore, make more encounters possible in the center of the map for the most bloodthirsty players.
• Increase Health and Resistance for all dinos:
Make our fights last longer, and less rushed. You can lose a 6 hours growth dinosaur in less than 5 seconds in some situations. A Carno who 1 shot a hypsie is normal, because of the size and law of nature, but two fully grown Deinos should take much longer to kill each other, i'm talking about realism fights, where you can fight another dinosaur for several minutes without killing it, with scratches, smaller bites, struggle fights, for dominance, alpha, for defending your territory, protecting babies... Not ALL fights should lead to death, which is the current outcome of 95% of the fights in the game.
• Increase the time it takes to heal Health and Stamina after a fight:
Some kind of debuff mechanic; the more you kill, the more you are stressed and tired, hence weak, so a KFS player wont win fights for long unless he spends as much time recovering and focusing on its Diet in order to become strong enough to fight again.
People are giving so little importance to their dinos with the current state of the game... all servers and all dinos are the same. Most of them are very easy and quick to grow so we have no other purpose in the game than kill each other on sight to avoid boredeom.
Those suggestions are not the best, but i'm sure people get the idea behind it.

The struggle we are going through to keep our servers alive for Evrima and growing them is something I never seen in any games before and it's beyond irritating and exhausting. The amount of time and efforts it takes to host a successful Evrima server is insane and shouldn't be that hard.
