We are waiting on the last biome
If you're really keen on playing the game, its a perfectly good time to start now, because the early game has received the last substantial upgrade its likely to get before the game is released

The biomes are done in sequence, so you can just pick up where you left off
Its not like minecraft where you might go to different biomes at any time potentially, they are like zones in an MMO where they are suitable when youre at a specific place in the progression

I am not finding that the adrenaline trinket ever triggers unless like it's a raid situation. Skeleton Surprise or the Wolf Hunt sure. But 90% of the time the game isn't throwing enough dodge/parry opportunities at me to fill up the bar

"Trinkets will be useful if/when you need them"
if you're killing things easily then the trinket will be less likely to trigger (unless you parry/attack/roll/dodgeroll a lot)
If things are tough and you do the above combat options then the trinkets will trigger, thus assisting you further
