Just stumbled on this quite near my base, the odd thing is this is smack in the middle of Meadows fairly close to spawn, not even a speck of Black Forest biome. But I have never seen stone ruins in Meadows that I can remember. How rare is this?

I’ve been wandering Valheim for about three years now, and I realized I’ve collected 138 screenshots along the way. So I put them together into a short video that plays like a memory-saga of my time in the world. It starts at my very first screenshot and scrolls through the years in reverse, back to the beginning.
My original plan was to narrate it in a Norse-inspired voice, but some technical issues with my mic meant this one had to go without. In the future, though, I want to tell these stories in full narration, almost like a raven remembering a warrior’s steps.
Valheim is actually the game that first sparked my interest in narration and storytelling, and it still has a special place for me. Just wanted to share my little journey with you all.

i'm working on farming 100000 carrots and so far it's taking more time than I expected, what you see here is not even half of my field and the whole field contain around 33k plants, which mean that with 3.25 seeds per plant i'll have 100000 seeds, all is left will be to plant them and harvest them. so around 20h of planting and harvesting

Haven't posted an update on my world in a while, but I did a total overhaul of the base (the basic frame isn't mine, I found it online). I'm pretty happy with how me eyeballing it turned out. Plus I think my interior decorating is kind of good... ish?

I did it. I finally figured out the part on the Valheim master map that matched the only map screenshot I had to work with of the first world I ever played with my friends back in 2021. We called the big mountain island on the left "Death Mountain" because it was surrounded by Swamp and Plains.

Today I finally killed The Elder.

Then when I went to the swamp, I stopped my boat at a neighboring meadows biome, and slowly made my way toward the swamp.

I killed my first couple of draugrs while still in the meadows, then I came upon a 1-star draugr, and attempted to kill him with my axe, not knowing how much stronger a 1-star draugr is than a 0-star...I took 1 hit, and it took me down to 3/5ths hp. while still attempting to kill him, I took a second hit and it took me down to like 20 hp.

That's when I decided to run...but stupidly, I decided to unequip my shield and axe to run faster, and in the 2 seconds it takes to put your weapon and shield on your back, he drove his axe into my back and killed me.

Man, the draugrs are no joke.

Well, now I know to run if I see a 1-star swamp creature when I go back for my stuff tomorrow.
