i stopped bothering with the +2 all attributes a long time ago and it substantially imrpoved my peace of mind and desire to play alts, i get on hc there's more of an argument but even then the difference is again, extremely marginal. i've done plenty of hardcore characters and never finished the campaign and it's fine

you're going from 27% crit multi to 40% which can be a decent difference when you have, say, 227% crit multi but when you have 400% or whatever it's going to make an extremely small difference that will only be perceptible against champions and bosses, and even then it's a matter of a few seconds

and if you look at the dr% change between minroll and maxroll armor blessings it's really much smaller than when you compare to not having those blessings at all

all res is valid on characters that have difficulty res capping, a lot of characters don't have particularly big problems res capping at 13% and even if you do it's the one blessing that is actually a super substantial difference

which means farming that one blessing is not too bad

arbor is fastest, but you can do it without arbor and it'll still likely be faster than going all the way to ch7

I would probably play to ch 3 - arbor skip to ch 4 - play to ch 5 and get last passive - bastion skip to ch 7 - do heoborea quests and get last idol slot - monolith

generally i come back at some point, skip to ch 9 and finish campaign for +2 stats

the way i did it in the past on hc (before dungeon skips gave passives/idols primarily) was play to ch5 up to oracle's abode, talk to snake lady, do the one side quest there, do monos to ~50 and then do sanctum to ch9 for the last couple slots

either way, being able to tp to age of dragons and confluence of oblivion for 300c is nice

the +1 from ch9 is fast enough that if you're grabbing your last couple slots anyways it's probably worth it but even in hc ch10 is so long, i personally really wouldn't bother just for +1 all unless i was like 3 short of a red ring or something

even on the builds that i played that were really hard to kill uber with i never grabbed the all attributes and not once did I think “you know what would really make the difference here? +1 all attributes!”

acts 9/10 i basically know none of the pathing for (outside of the first few side quests in act 9) because unless you’re like 4 attributes short of a red ring or something I really seriously doubt anyone would be even able to identify the difference between a build with it and a build without in a blind test

I kinda view it in like time vs value, same as any upgrade. Once your gear is minmaxed and each +10% takes like 10 hours to grind, suddenly 20 minutes for +2 all attr seems more appealing

If you're using an nvidia GPU go into the nvidia app and revert any optimization / control it has over the games settings. If you're using an AMD gpu do the same thing but in the adrenaline app

Mastery Respec. Open up the map, M key, and select End of Time in the upper right. Then Travel to The End of Time town and talk to the NPC down at the bottom, Chronomancer Lerinne. Use the "Respecialize Mastery" option to change your Mastery and reset all of your passive points.

The listed gold cost includes all of the passive points as well. No passive points are lost, but you will need to reassign them. Also if someone asks you to send him money, so he will send you back more, its a scam.

And remember even discord friends are not to be trusted without filters, they can suddenly be hacked too or are the attacker through social engineering (this is underrestimated - double check links you click on).

If you make the new character in the same game mode / shared stash, then you'll also share the faction progress - although you'll need to do something to get access such as do one Cemetery to get Woven - and it can be fun to make Legendary leveling items for the new character

Be aware that it's very early into early access so A LOT of content is currently missing.

Get last epoch, its a decent game. I havent played much, but what i like about it is the ease of use for different skills combined with the levelling up of these skills mechanic. You can switch between different skills and everytime you do that, you lose skillpoints, but its so rewarding to level up the skills again - each skilltree offers unique mechanics and you can even combine different skills perks, where perks buff other skills too. This is only true for a handful of skills, but possibilities are endless. And collecting loot is very funny too, together with a lootfilter you can either configure yourself, which i would recommend, or get one from community. Crafting is fun too, especially early i would recommend it to ease levelling experience. You might be surprised what little crafting can do to your gear.

TL2 is a bit like Elder Scrolls - you can mix and match the mods to a degree. i never played Synergies, but always had some combination of content additions and balance alterations. it's about finding interesting enough combination with the amount of patience you're willing to spare on finding mods.

Heyyyy, i need help with this game and finding out how builds work and mixing them properly while leveling. When I start a new character I am told to just get resistances. But when I try that i get random armor with no resistances and other stats that i just don't want .. I get frustrated and I give up and delete my character.. I also don't know how builds work and how to apply to the play style of what I want..

Well, the campaign is a bit different from endgame, and should be treated like that too. So for the campaign you can basically do almost whatever you feel like - it's that forgiving. People usually go all in on damage and movement speed at that stage.

the best reason to spec reversal in the first place outside of mobility would be for the frenzy and armor applies to dot.

both of these things are pretty universally good. frenzy is 20% increased attack speed, armor applies to dot is free damage over time mitigation essentially, which is especially useful on a high armor mastery like paladin.
