When you encrypt a plugin and make it into a .ttplugin, you are esswntially signing it, with your forum account, it is linked to the creators account

.zip files dont do this or the deprecated .plugin files

When you encrpt a file you have to be signed in. Whwther it be forum or pidroid (forum account linked to discord)

Also if you have created the .ttplugin it seems to work for yourself. Bokoblos own plugins worked for him while mine works for me (created 2 days before the change)

Western style private palace prob can refer to some European palace or mansion, like Downton Abbey type. For eastern I’m not sure
