Regarding of the plugin RGBSL Shader i just found out it was conflicting with the TX-Terminal-Exchange plugin since both plugin used the same vendor files the Shader will not work until the TX gets an update. The shader will work well if it the both plugin was located at the local directory. This is a new occurrence for me also since the plugin needs to be approved first so i can debug both behavior of the vendor files used on both plugins with '.mpf' file format, for now i recommend NOT to install the shader until further updates,
If you're having issue with the plugin you can look it up at managed plugins folder to delete

Discover the charm of old-world architecture in your city with the European Buildings Expansion for TheoTown. This expansion brings a range of European-style buildings, offering various building variants featuring multiple pastel colors to add a touch of classic elegance to your urban environment.
These buildings are built using the new Tenement zone. All buildings are middle-class residential type and will be built towards roads.
Features a total of 15 building models, each with 8 possible wall colors and 5 possible roof colors. Buildings have a random chance to get decorational dormers or skylights on the roof upon construction.
This extension will be regularly updated in the future. Close plans include night and winter frames, as well as buildings for other wealth levels.

Hi hi hi guys!! I'd like to thank y'all for 500k plugin downloads... it's almost frightening to think that my plugins have been seen by hundreds of thousands of people. When you think of it as downloads, it seems like nothing, but when you think about how many people downloaded your plugins, it's actually wild.
Well, I've come a very long way making plugins since 2018. Back in the day the standards were much lower compared to now. My skills as well, hopefully you can see it in the image I attached. Speaking of which, you can see how I improved over time. It's wild, and even wilder to think that there's still a bunch of unreleased stuff, stuff that I'm still making or collecting dust on my hard drive or my tablet's SD card. If I had included everything, this image would probably be twice as long or even more.

Hey guys,
After analysing the votes from the form, I've noticed something weird, and after looking at the votes, ** I've had to deem 4 votes as invalid and they will not be counted in the final results.**
So StrawPoll, the tool I use for making the polls, has a tool that shows the votes over time and the country of origin of all the votes. So today at about (1-2 pm UTC+2), 4 votes had been registered at that time frame, something odd as you don't see a significant amount of votes at this time, this usually only happens in the opening of the voting phase. Adding to that suspicion, these 4 votes, all come from one country, The Netherlands, which ended up with a total 9 votes from there (not normal as previous years I've only seen 2-3 votes from there). So after this, I've had to not count them as somebody was trying to commit vote fraud.
Until now, the settings I've been using to set up the polls have been good enough and never caused any trouble until now. For future editions of BDD, I'll set up the polls to ensure that actually only one person can vote.
Please, don't take this seriously to the point you end up manipulating the votes, this is just for you and me to have some fun in the Christmas break. I understand some of you don't really want some game to win, but that's why I keep insisting in voting and convincing other people to vote your option, that's the magic of BDD, the interaction with the community. The only thing I ask is to do the thing legit and to just have fun with it.

I'm here to inform that if you were using the Fill Sandbox requirements plugin of mine (this one https://forum.theotown.com/viewtopic.php?t=7591). Be aware that due to the changes recently made on the beta version 1.12.30 which caps influences #information message , this plugin has been heavily affected and no longer does its purpose anymore. Because of this, this plugin will be no longer be supported and should avoid using it in the future. I recommend using Uber mode instead, as it does remove all the requirements.

The classic tradition of me streaming a garbage game during Christmas is back again! But, there's something I have to tell you…
Yes, this BDD Will be the last edition of it. Why? Well, during these 5 years since I've did these streams, life has changed a lot. The first edition happened when I was still at school, now I'm halfway trough university and life just keeps getting busier. There's a point where I simply won't have time or dedication to keep doing this every year. ||Of course this is essentially an official end to BDD, but hey, maybe next year I'll reconsider and do another edition of BDD. Who knows? Life can change course rapidly.||
But to end this tradition one last time, let's do this big, as always!

Well, thanks to everyone who has joined the stream and to everyone who has participated on this BDD and all previous years! It's been a joy beeing with all of you having fun with some horrible games. As I have told already, this is the final edition of BDD, marking and end to this yearly tradition. The reason vary, but mainly it has been that I've been quite busy this year and you've seen that I've to delay certain announcements and had no certainty on many other things. And that's with being at uni, imagine if i had a job or somthing, finding time to do this will be hard.
This doesn't mean the end of streams! Maybe depending of the year where I have the time to do stuff, i may do a stream during this period, but without all the formalities of this event, so don't loose hope, something is coming soon this future! ||And even I could some another edition of BDD if time allows, but that's dreaming, but unless...||
Don't worry, a video will come, but with the pattern you've seen with this edition, the video will likely launch on January, but it's coming, and probably even better than before!
But in the end, thanks to everyone, who has participated, joined and supported me trough all these years, it's been a joy to see everyone in the community together in an event like this!

||Viewers will have a big part in how the race goes. Once marbles finish a leg, the marbles in the red zone will be up for voting. You will vote for the marbles you want to be gone. Once we are in the bottom 3, you will vote for which marble should be #1, #2 and #3. The marble with the most votes will win. Note that the marbles in danger count will grow and more marbles will be eliminated at once.||

As soon as the 25 August 2020 will be over, votes will start, altough i have yet to prepare all this. "Short" descriptions of each game:
💀 TMP2 (Trivia Murder Party 2) - A trivia game, where you answer twisted questions. If you get a question right, you earn 1000 cash. Get it wrong, and you are sent to the killing room. In there you participate in various challenges, their types ranging from speed-based, knowledge-based, luck-based (the worst ones) and more! If you lose these challenges, you get killed and get turned into a ghost. Ghosts can still answer and earn cash, but you won't go to the killing rooms. Once there's only 1 player left, you are sent to the final round, where everyone, including ghosts can win. It's a speed round, where you have multiple choices to answer a question. The more you correctly answer, the more you move forward. Whoever reaches the end will win.
💬 Blather 'Round - A trivia guessing game where you choose a category you have to describe using short and vague sentences. If you're the guesser, you have to type what you think the answer is using what the presenter gave you. Presenters make sentences so guessers could get more information about the real answer. Once someone guesses the answer, the guesser who got it gets points, and so does the presenter. Player with the most points wins.
3️⃣ Quiplash 3 - A fill-in-the-blank style game where you are given a prompt to answer and you have to come up with the funniest answer that you can think of. Then, you are matched with someone who got the same prompt and players get to vote on who they think is funnier answer. The more votes you get, the more points you get. You can compare it to Cards Against Humanity, but you can say whatever you want. The player with the most points wins.

Just as a warning, this plug-in has some known limitations:
-The tool appears multiple times in the recent tab
-A green price indicator will show up after the tool is used

-The tool does not work with non-buildings (trees, roads, etc)

TheoRace 2 update log:
Release/streaming date
So far I don't have a set date for when I'm going to stream TheoRace 2, but hopefully I'll do it on April (procrastination go brrrrrrr). If not, I'll definitely let you know. The reason for that is that I've kind of lost inspiration, and I have some other projects to work on (I'm about 1/3rd of the way to finishing BFTI season 3 episode 2), school stuff and Jackbox. All I can guarantee is that TheoRace 2 will be finished in a few weeks to a few months (worst case scenario).
Current progress
Haven't gotten very far in, only done the first 5 courses (or legs, however you like to call them). I've spent a lot of time fixing the flaws I found in the first 5 courses, but I'm beginning to work on a sixth one.
Elimination process
We're going to the spoiler territory, so click on the spoiler if you want to be spoiled on what's happening for TR2.
||For the first stage, the first 30 marbles will stay safe. After that, the last 5 marbles will be eliminated each leg. I'm doing that because I really don't want to make the race way longer than it should be and I'm just too lazy to make new legs when there are new suggested marbles added. Therefore only the first 30 marbles will be safe. No more, no less.||
Suggested marbles
There are only 17? (can't remember exactly) suggested marbles, and you can still suggest them. I'll accept suggested marbles right until the event starts. If you're wondering, how to suggest marbles, just DM me with the name and picture of the marble. Simple as that.
Anyways, this concludes the update log, have a nice day/night.

Ok, I've got some really bad news. For some reason, the file where the marble race is got corrupted, and a lot of the tracks got deleted. I'm afraid I might have to postpone the marble race or even cancel it...
UPDATE: I experienced a really bizarre bug where the program didn't render some of the objects but they were still there. I've relaunched the program and everything seems to be fine. Sorry, if I caused any fear or anything. It was just a bug.

Temperature Tool:
A GUI plug-in that displays your city's temperature. The temperature will vary depending on the date, time, and season (It also supports DSA moons). There is also a customization panel where you can adjust the temperature based on your city's location and hemisphere. You can find this panel in the settings menu. Theo News Network:
Adds a news ticker to the screen that displays random (and sometimes funny) headlines, similar to the news ticker from SimCity 3000.
Note: It's missing a few features and optimizations, but I will probably add them in the future. For example, the news ticker's speed is still tied to the framerate. Regardless, it should work okay for now.
There's also an add-on available that includes some headlines from SimCity. Just click the link and scroll down until you see it.

Tramway Updates:
After several years of neglect, I've finally updated the Tramway plug-in and its add-ons. The tramway trains / rails are now compatible with the vanilla train system and other train plug-ins. I also included a manifest file so players can use these plug-ins in online regions.
I also updated the plug-in store version. The changes should be live soon.

I updated the Nature Pack. I disabled the sidewalk pedestrians in anticipation of a future update. You can reenable them by finding the sidewalk pedestrians' JSON file and removing the underscore at the start of its file name.

Alright, so now I'll make a full announcement about the plugin contest

I am hosting a new plugin competition, where you're supposed to create plugins based on a given theme. And so, the theme for my plugin competition is Eco Buildings. Go ham with green roofs, grass everywhere, solar panels, anything eco! You'll have to make 3 buildings, which will get rated and based on your score you may earn prizes!
The rules are as follows:
💠 Your buildings can be of any type, whether it's RCI, management, police, anything! Just make sure that if you're doing RCI, all of your buildings are the same type.
💠 You must make 3 buildings, you can make more but it won't give you extra score.
💠 You must follow the theme, don't forget to add in eco elements to your buildings.
💠 You are allowed to release your plugin before or after the contest ends.
💠 Stealing textures isn't allowed, unless you're using the vanilla trees, cars or other props. That means you cannot take a vanilla building and just modify it to look more ecological.
💠 You don't need to send us over the actual texture of the plugin, you can just send how it looks in-game.
After the submission period is over, me and some other judges will rate your plugins and will give a final score, which will determine your position.
Prizes are yet to be announced.
You don't need to sign up if you want to participate in the competition anymore, you can just DM me the final product. If you want to help me with the competition, help us judge the buildings or give extra prizes, then you'll have to let me know by DMing me.
The deadline is 2022-01-08 (YYYY-MM-DD format), 6PM GMT. You'll have plenty of time to develop your plugins (a bit more than a month), so you don't have to stress out.
And so, you can start creating your eco buildings!

I have an important announcement to make concerning my Channel. Over the past few months I have been unable to upload new videos due to factors in my personal life, taking up much of my free time.

Center lanes with line lights variation (white and yellow) will removed for upcoming update. And add line lights for the first 2 variation that haven't yet. Expect missing road on city if you're using the said variety.

Welcome to Suburban Living v1.0
The main highlight of this plugin is a new zone - the suburban zone. It's cheaper and less demanding than the default residential zone, and only small, custom suburban buildings will be built here. It's perfect for the early game because it doesn't need large investments to place, and lower upkeep costs help with further development. However, you will need to replace those if you want to have dense and rich buildings in your city.
Houses built on this zone will contain a bit less people than the default zones. They are completely random - up to a total of 1188 color and model combinations. If you provide them with parks, they will grow into bigger residences with higher population capacity. If they have education too, they can reach level 2.
Suburban Living contains a few other features too - two new roads with winter frames, a 2x2 rotation aware park for small towns and a few decoration buildings placed automatically in the zone.
This plugin is still in development - expect updates, fixes and new content, but most importantly, have fun!

Hey uhh, remember Complex Industry? Yeah, that cool plugin which is still under development and which will have various industrial buildings with deep gameplay integrated into it? Yeah, that one... Anyways, we're getting closer and closer to the actual beta test of the plugin (I'm saying actual because we had one earlier but it was before we could integrate the new car system into the plugin (as far as I'm aware))! If you want the invite to our development server, feel free to DM me (or maybe someone will give the invite to the server here, I am not entirely sure) and I'll hand you over the invite.
