First, that survey is gonna be biased because the overwhelming majority of departments don't have a SWAT team. You get SWAT training and are on a county or regional call out list. Unless the survey accounts for that, you're missing a lot of possible numbers, but I don't think even factoring that out that it's going to be higher than 5%

Second, yes, SWAT PT training does not lower standards for female officers like the police academy does.

Third, it's just not something female officers are interested in. When you look at the kind of specializations that female officers go out of their way to go for, it tends to be things that are more community oriented- CIT, SRO, etc.

in game theyre definitely canting, irl, canting is a disadvantage if youre just point shooting and not using some sort of secondary aiming device since you just cant shoulder the rifle as well when canted, and it puts your arms and shoulders at a much less natural angle

Hi guys, in the Hide and Seek mission, I always found it's hard to localization cause there are so many containers, and the space is so wide that my ai teammates cannot cover all area, is it a good idea to push directly to the highest tower and set overwatch there?

Not really because ai will snipe you before you even spot them. I suggest you clear out every enemy outside the warehouse and in the other building right of spawn before going in the tower.

Also clearing out every enemy on the way to your objective is generally a good idea because it prevents them from shooting you in the back later
