You can get an S.S Anne ticket from Bill at the end of Cerulean Cape, which is north of Cerulean. You'll then find the key to the Captain's cabin on the deck of the S.S Anne. You can also get its replacement item, the Shears, on the east path of Route 2 (only once you have the HM already). You can use Cut to access it from the west path of Route 2, or take Diglett's cave from Vermillion City to get to it!

Nah, that’s not quite how probability works. It’s 1/4096 but you could still go over 5000 without a shiny if RNGesus is punishing you. You can also get back to back shinies if RNGesus smiles upon you

Nothing in life or games is ever truly random. It’s called pseudo random because it has to use something as a seed to generate the randomness. For example, Minecraft uses “seeds” to generate their maps. If you use the same seed, the map will be exactly the same. So what juster is talking about is some games use “time” as the seed to generate randomness. 9/10 times they’ll pull the time from your device down to the second so every single time the number is generated, it uses a different seed to give you a different result

Hey @pale rampart! Are you looking for Cut? The Cut HM is given to you by the captain of the S.S Anne! You can get an S.S Anne ticket from Bill at the end of Cerulean Cape, which is north of Cerulean. You'll then find the key to the Captain's cabin on the deck of the S.S Anne. You can also get its replacement item, the Shears, on the east path of Route 2 (only once you have the HM already). You can use Cut to access it from the west path of Route 2, or take Diglett's cave from Vermillion City to get to it!

From the Secret Forest, you can then go to Viridian River where you can sometimes find ||starters as overworld encounters, if you have over 10 Karma;|| see the Wiki for details: https://infinitefusion.fandom.com/wiki/Karma. you'll hear a sound cue if an overworld encounter spawns when you enter the area.

Hey @wide badge! Are you looking for Fly? The Fly HM is given to you by an NPC in a house on Route 16! You can reach it by going to the left on Celadon and cutting down a tree there. You can also get its replacement item, the Teleporter, in the Goldenrod Mall basement, after liberating Silph Co.

pokeradar only works in grass you can use it to check for what mons are in a cave but without grass it doesnt work as it would for grass
