Here's an explanation of our server roles, in case you're wondering what they mean!

Staff roles

Creator: Our almighty amphibian overlord, the developer of the game himself; the Frogman, Frogzilla.
Admin: The decision makers of the server alongside Frog. These are the most trusted users of the server.
Moderator: The rule enforcers of the server.
Spritepack Master: The staff who compiles and distributes the monthly sprite packs in #spritepack-releases.
Sprite Manager: The staff who manage sprites and artwork in the server.
Tech Manager: The staff who manage #tech-support and all of the download guides found in #downloads.
Dex Manager: The staff who manage the #custom-dex-errors.
Community Manager: The staff who manage events.
Bot Manager: The staff that manage our various bots (Deino, Yanmega, Fusion-bot, etc).
Showdown Manager: The staff that manage Showdown.
Resource Developer: These staff are the creators of officially recognized resources (Fusiondex).
Staff: An Umbrella role for all of the above!
Staff Hiatus: Staff who are on a break from their duties.
Retired Staff: Staff who have stepped down from their staff position. 🫡 Thank you for your service!

Helper Roles

Watchog: These users can mute others when they catch rule breaks!
Klefki: These users can give the sprite role to applicants in #1134483288703119361!
Zigzagoon: These users can post old abandoned sprites to the #sprite-gallery!
Chansey: These users help fix #1052360360172199977!
Swablu: These users ensure all sprites have gone through #1050404143807873157!
Porygon: These users help with tech support in #tech-support and #1142871804269052004!
Mime Jr.: The users who run and manage #event-announcements!
Unown: The users who approve Pokédex entries submitted through #dex-entries-submissions!

Spriter/Artist Roles

Spriter Applicant: People who are currently in the process of being evaluated for the spriter role in #1134483288703119361!
Spriter: People who make sprites for the game and have the privilege to post to #sprite-gallery. See #spriting-guidelines to learn how to earn the role!
Great Spriter: Spriters who have uploaded at least 100 sprites to the gallery!
Ultra Spriter: Spriters who have uploaded at least 500 sprites to the gallery!
Master Spriter: Spriters who have uploaded at least 1000 sprites to the gallery!
Poké Fan: Spriters who have made 50 sprite of a singular Pokémon of the fusions!
Great Poké Fan (50x2): Spriters who have made 50 sprite of a singular Pokémon, twice! (Each batch of 50 can a be different Pokémon.)
Ultra Poké Fan, Master Pokéfan, Poké Maniac, Great Poké Maniac, Ultra Poké Maniac and Master Poké Maniac work the same, but each is another batch of 50!
Spritedex Completionist: Spriters who have made at least 1 sprite of every 572 IF Pokémon!
Rush Completionist: Spriters who have participated in a rush event.
Minior Pride Completionist:Spriters who have participated in the most recent rush event.
Typedex Completionist: Spriters who have Sprited a fusion of every type.
Great Concept Artist: Concept artists whom have had 100 of their concepts in ⁠#1263858526829416539 sprited by a spriter, and submitted to the gallery.
Master Concept Artist: Concept artists whom have had 500 of their concepts in #1263858526829416539 sprited by a spriter, and submitted to the gallery.
Fashion Designer Artists who have made 5 outfits that were accepted into the game.

Regarding what counts for Novelty roles:

• Sprites for Great, Ultra, and Master Spriter roles can be either fusions or custom bases.
• Sprites for all of the Pokefan roles can be either the head OR body, or a fully custom base.
• Variants of the same sprite do not count towards Spriter novelty roles!

• Collabs outside of Concept Art counts for both Spriters as normal.

For sprites made with concept art:

• Only Spriter can get the sprite counted towards Great, Ultra, or Master Spriter.
• Only Concept Artist can get the sprite counted towards Great and Ultra Concept Artist after Spriter submits it to the gallery.
• Both Spriter and Concept Artist can get the sprite counted towards all Pokefan roles after Spriter submits it to the gallery.

Dex Entry Writer Roles

Assistant Researcher: Writers who have written at least 500 custom Pokédex Entries
Field Researcher: Writers who have written at least 1,000 custom Pokédex Entries.

Event Related Roles

Newest Contest Champion: The most recent user that won a contest! They're the one that made the current avatar of the server!
Sprite Contest Champion: Users that won one of our sprite contests!
Sprite Contest Elite Four: Users that placed 2nd in a sprite contest!
Sprite Contest Gym Leader: Users that placed 3rd in a sprite contest!
Contest Champion: Users that won one of our non-sprite contests!
Event Winner: Users that won one of our events!
POTW Raffle Winner: Users who won the weekly Pokémon of the Week sprite raffle!
Contest Judge: Users who are among a panel of judges for judging spriting contests. They are given to a podium winner (1st place, 2nd place, or 3rd place) whom applies for the position.

Game-Related Roles

Playthrough Champion: Users who have beaten the game ten times!
Playthrough Master: Users who have beaten the game twenty times!
Pokédex Completionist: Users who have registered all 501 base Pokémon to their Pokédex in-game!
You need to have posted your hall of fame screenshot(s) in #hall-of-fame as proof to qualify for the Elite Four roles! Please ping :ping: a moderator if you'd like one. Also note that these only count for the first elite 4 battles in each playthrough, postgame completions do not count.

Other Roles

Server Booster: The extremely cool people who use their hard-earned nitro boosts to grant our server cool perks 🙏

Zig-Post Immunity: - A role indicating that a user whom abandons a sprite in ⁠#1050404143807873157 cannot have their work posted to the gallery on their behalf. Speak to a sprite manager to get it.

Zig-Harvest Immunity: - A role indicating that a user whom abandons a sprite in ⁠#1050404143807873157 cannot have their work harvested and sent to the archive. Speak to a sprite manager to get it.

SELF-ASSIGNABLE ROLES

-React to the bottom message with the corresponding emoji to give yourself the role(s) you want!
-Unreact to remove any of the roles!

🐸 Game Update Pings 🐸
Get pinged when there's a new patch or game version available to download!

Hoenn Dev Updates Pings
Get pinged whenever there's a new dev update for the upcoming Infinite Fusion: Hoenn game in #dev-updates!

Server Update Pings
Get pinged when there's a new announcement regarding the server itself (Not Spriting)!

🎨 Sprite Pack Pings 🎨
Get pinged when the monthly sprite packs are released!

Special Event Pings
Get pinged when large, special events happen in #event-announcements. This includes new event announcements and when voting is open, when applicable. You can get more details by asking any of the Event Managers or by asking in #event-general.

Recurring Event Pings
Get pinged when the smaller, usually weekly events happen in #recurring-events! This includes new event announcements and when voting is open, when applicable. You can get more details by asking any of the Event Managers or by asking in #event-general.

Showdown Pings
Get pinged when there are updates in #showdown-announcements.

Livestream Pings
Get pinged whenever official livestreams happen in the Stage!

Use this to appear in the members list on the right and signal that you're open to people requesting sprites from you in #sprite-requests! Feel free to react and unreact whenever you want to open and close requests. (Spriter only)

Sprite Feedback Giver
Use this to appear in the members list on the right and signal that you're open to people pinging you when they need feedback on their sprites! (Spriter only)

🔇 Yanmega Immunity 🔇
Get this to prevent @dire urchin from giving you game help in any channel outside #ask-a-bot!
(will only prevent triggering the automated help such as "where do i find x", "how to evolve x", etc.)

Game Helper
Use this to appear in the members list on the right and signal that you're open to people pinging you when they need help with the game! Please only grab this role if you're knowledgeable about the game and how to solve most frequently asked questions and problems

Beta tester
React with to grab the Beta Tester role and gain access to the download channel whenever a new beta version is released!

Event Spectator
React with to see and participate in the server events without getting any of the pings for them!
