I think the one that should be kept is the second one. "Despite its size, Swinix is a timid sort, likely to flee underground at the first sign of aggression. The scent of fresh mushrooms is usually enough to get it to venture out of its home."

Two entries of mine were accepted, I remember that I had written the second one because the first one was up for debate due to saying "True Form" so I wrote the second one with the intent of it being the one to be accepted.
"Miniquaza are large Pokémon that fly within the outermost layer of the planet's atmosphere, gorging themselves upon planetary debris. The more they feed upon, the more they develop a thick shell around themselves that eventually weighs them down." is the one I think should stay, if not for the "True Form" part then at least because I think it better references both Minior and Rayquaza compared to "Scientists say this is the true form of Miniquaza that is only revealed when most of its shell has been broken. This Pokémon has long since become a being of pure, cosmic energy and it is capable of wielding said energy to destroy any of its foes."

It is true that going forward we aren't going to accept entries from non-discord users to make sure they agree to the rules. However, I don't feel the need to go and dig out old entries that were previously approved and deny them because of a rule that wasn't in place when they submitted.

Explanation: Not actually an error, but it looks like during error checking and editing (I know I made a punctuation mistake I didn't catch until after sending it), an edit was made to my custom dex entry that I'd prefer not to be there.

I've sent a handful of dex entries for joke/reference sprites. For hyper-specific sprites, my personal preference is not to refer to the fusion by name, so it can be left to the player's imagination. Like in this case, sure, it's Lickipuff - and Lickipuff is a cute name - but at the same time, it's Kirby!

I noticed a few of my other entries had edits - fairly so, now that I'm looking at it - but this wasn't done for other of my accepted entries for reference sprites (e.g. 39.369; 39.59a; 452.452d), so this seems strange to me. It doesn't even seem to be an issue of needing to be done to stay within the 250 character limit (something I know I struggle with a lot, so I thought that was the case at first).

So I'd like to request that the text be changed from "Lickipuff" back to "This Pokémon" or maybe just "It". (Thinking about it, I'm now liking "It" better.) Though if, for some reason, the peeps in charge insist on keeping "Lickipuff," I'd prefer it at least be changed to POKENAME. That's my preference when referencing the fusion, itself, and I noticed on the Dex site that it adds a link.

(Please excuse me if I'm coming across a bit harsh. I know I'm annoyed, and I'm not always sure how my tone sounds, but I'm not trying to be rude or anything - just direct, but still respectful.)

We can change it to This Pokémon for you, sure. Using a pronoun with no antecedent is grammatically incorrect, however, so I'd rather not begin the sentence with It.

As for POKENAME, the entire point of including that string of characters in any entry is so the game's find-and-replace coding will replace that word with the fusion's species. It is not possible to write POKENAME without the game replacing it with Lickipuff in this case.
(Players will not know what a POKENAME is anyways, and should they see Pokename in an entry instead, they would rightfully report it as a dex error.)

I just went back and checked an already-loaded page of my entries and noticed that 108.39a does, in fact, use POKENAME. I realized it shows on things like the author's page, but not the entry page, itself. 😅 I should've double checked that. Sorry about that. I'm relatively new and still learning the details.

That said, now I'm embarrassed and... my social anxiety has been triggered. 🥲 And I know this part is extremely inconvenient, but... one side-effect is that my brain goes into "ignorance is bliss" mode, and it gets hard for me to read replies. 😅 (Yes, I've got ways to reply without seeing what was said.)
