ah yes let me add this to the list of features for customknight+
ck+ is gonna be so advanced that you basically need to program to use it
well at least you need to use the tools modders use
all the really advanced stuff is optional
the more normal stuff such as using custom made spritesheets will be pretty straightforwards and is the main focus of the mod
the advanced editing is just there to make sure even the few things that aren't exactly normal can be edited
yeah i figured but it would still be fun for myself to be able to do the advanced stuff
you also can with enough work, technically make your own game with the version from this point in development
most stuff is already editable, and some collision is editable

just beat steel soul mode, for the first time, and was curious of the modding scene, specifically, ones adding cut content, like the abyss expansion from the kickstarter lol. I know its a longshot but the more i watch with it being talked about the more I long for it...
There isn't anything that adds back in cut content, especially major stuff like that

Okay, seriously though, a mod that just adds companion bugs would probably be a huge hit, especially if they could be reskinned easily.
People love skins for the existing charm companions- a mod that just added cosmetic ones would be amazing.

Please update your game to current stable patch and then try again". But Steam doesn't show me any updates so what do i have to do?

You'd be better off using one of the Multiplayer Discords for that. There's a Discord for the old Multiplayer Mod (the one on Mod Installer) that is pretty active AFAIK. The link for it is on fireb0rn's Multiplayer Mod Tutorial video. There's also a dedicated HKMP server for the HKMP mod, which is a more stable and actively being worked-on Multiplayer mod; info for that is here: https://github.com/Extremelyd1/HKMP (Note: Currently, the HKMP server is less active overall, but there is a Public Server instance of the mod, so that players can easily "drop in /drop out" of it, to play with other players interested in the same experience.

Yes. The one on Mod Installer was abandoned, and left in an unfinished state, and disconnects everyone for even the slightest hiccup in connections. HKMP was originally created just to fix those issues, but it's actively being developed to become a really solid experience for players and offer more features.

HKMP very rarely has Disconnect issues, it allows for Multiplayer Skins, it allows for Stand-Alone servers (so that players don't have to depend on one person hosting), and Extremelyd1 (the dev) is working out ways to get Enemy Sync (which has always been the most requested feature other than Skins). Dandy has also made a Emotes mod that you can use with it, and it allows you to make the Knight emote to other players.

Fwiw, 1.5 doesn't add any significant changes from 1432 as far as gameplay goes. And "downpatching" to 1432 is just opting into it, because
put it as an opt-in patch on steam.
Alternatively, you can always get the game on GoG as well, and then use that one for 1432 for mods (or vice versa)

Afaik, Bonfire is the only one that really affects "stats" as a whole concept
Ah, that's a shame. It's a really cool concept but take like 3 levels and the game becomes trivially easy
Other mods that affect stats at all, also fundamentally change gameplay (Lightbringer, Hollow Point, etc)
the enemies scale as you progress
if you spec the correct stats, it will still be easy, but the enemies do get harder
but that's most rpgs

I would think so? You can always try. If it doesn't work, then just remove CoL
Fwiw, "most mods" when together, although any time two mods attempt to do the same thing, unexpected results happen. Usually, one mod will just be the final thing to overwrite something.
If you keep it too only a few gameplay-changing mods though, and be aware of what they affect, then you're typically safe.

No, it's not. If you don't have totems or tablets in, king's Fragment is the only thing that is in WP

And some enemies like nailmasters, soul warrior and massive moss charger will spawn but wherever they spawn is the ground they attack on,

another one of those days where i wish i had some semblance of artistic ability. just had the thought "Kirby skin for Hollow Knight"
Every ability (that i can remember) is covered:
- up magic = mic kirby
- side magic = hadouken from fighter kirby
- down magic = stone kirby
- double jump = float jump
- dash and crystal dash are burning kirby
- the three charge slashes are hammers
- slash is a punch, pogo is a down kick, up slash is a backflip kick
- dream nail is dream rod

Making the default key the same one that hides the Knight by default in debug is a bold move lol.
I foresee people thinking it's broken, because the Knight disappears lol

it's pretty easy to make a mod that adds charms, slightly less easy to make them functional but still pretty straightforward

You can use the one on Mod Installer, but it doesn't have the Give Maps shortcut (although you can still get them from Elderbug). It also has less of the newer checks added.
As for an actual tracker, you want to download player data dump, then you can use any of the hollow knight Randomiser trackers (I suggest the one by kadeetee)
