The most important thing is to keep going and keep learning... listen to stuff that you are interested in in the german language, listen to podcasts in the german language, etc...

Whenever I get in such a point that it seems to me like I did no progress, I remember how a few years ago, I was going running and I was thinking I don't do much progress either, but after stopping for a year and then going again, I could feel how much I have fallen from my previous form and how much less I could run.

So when you do something, you don't usually feel the progression (just like you can't feel the progression when you look at yourself from yesterday, but looking at a picture of yourself from a few years ago and at a picture of yourself from yesterday, you can spot the difference).
