my favorite artist of all time is Michael Jackson, and I wanted to make an avatar of him. I found pretty much the perfect model to use for the head

unfortunately, the model isn't rigged, and it has no mouth/tongue. So I was going to add that stuff into the model and have the face be rigged.
I have a total of 15 outfits planned for this model project, but I was going to start off with about 6 out of those 15
the model was going to be quest compatible, able to support full body tracking, etc.

Does someone know what i still need to do to be able to upload my own avatars in VRChat?
I have around 20 hours play time. Always playing in public world, I'm not muted and also have friends added to my friend list but still no permission email.
My VRchat acc is also linked with my steam acc.

A friend from me got the permission after 1 hour after he created his acc and just walked through some avatar worlds...
Others say that you should get it after at least 15 hours play time...
I'm slowly getting really confused if I maybe did something wrong since I'm still marked with the role visitor in VRChat and normally you should get the user role after you linked your steam acc.

Try restarting your router? using a VPN could help if it's a bad endpoint/bad routing issue, and changing DNS servers could help if your current one is resolving hostnames slowly/incorrectly
Proton has a free version with a notable speed cap, and Windscribe/Tunnelbear both have free versions with data caps. As for changing your DNS server: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using#windows this site lists Google's DNS server but there's lots of other ones, like CloudFlare's, Quad9, OpenDNS and etc

Yo I need some help and don't really figured it'd need a support ticket since it seems like an issue with VRChat configuration somehow, soo I have just bought the Index Controllers, and for some ambiguous reason the right controller joystick doesn't work correctly. The only direction that is working is right, whenever I press left, up or down, depending, nothing happens and I can't look around like tilting the character like it's suppose to be. A friend of mine that is using the same said Controller (Valve Index), has no such issues, I just couldn't find a solution yet, Tried several things like restarting SteamVR and PC, resetting configurations, disabling OVR Advanced Settings, etc.
I'd appreciate some help if anyone perhaps experienced something similar or has a clue on what causes this.
