I used to work on servers on a consistent basis, worked for Microsoft on their Azure servers to be exact. These are issues that should have been resolved when they first sprung up, now it’s the 4-6 time it’s happened which is completely unacceptable

Something I've taken a notice to in regards to VRC is that another old bug that I remember the game having was in 2019 where if I joined an instance with more than 20 people, the game would time me out 98% of the time and send me to an empty instance. They fixed the bug and I didn't experience throughout 2020, but all of a sudden, the bug returns this week.

Personally I use ALVR (basically streams the game from your PC to the headset), so I don't have the usual Quest 2 limits. All I know is that it's niles better than my Rift S which had tracking freezes either every 20 minutes or work smoothly for 3 hours. Usually it was the former for way too long

I believe the reason for being unable to interact with other people's Dynamic Bones comes down to the fact that people would feel uncomfortable over other players touching the areas of the model with dynamic bones. As a made up example. Say Julie has dynamic bones on her avatar, Kevin comes over and starts playing around with the dynamic bones on Julie's avatar. Julie would feel uncomfortable and feel like she's being harassed.

Nah. There has been some confusion regarding their funding. They received various funding through the first few years, one of their most notible series of funding peaking around 10 million. The investors are then able to have some control of the company and push development where they think their money should go, and it has to be paid back with interest. If you mean documentation on how to make an object move forward when you press a button, then you have much more learning before using a professional tool, or use tutorials.
