it's not a trust rank upgrade, its a trust rank boost. It just gives you a small boost towards the next rank. If you're close to ranking up and you buy vrc+ it ranks you up. If you just got a rank it won't rank you up

You really can’t make the argument of Quest vs. Rift, unless you’re specifically talking about the PC capabilities. But most Quest users (to my guess) get a Quest because they’re already shelling 400-500 dollars out for VR and don’t have a good enough computer for Quest Link.

Is it normal that VRChat kills a Quest 2's battery in an hour? I spent up to (at most) 40 minutes before my battery dropped to 57%. I'm not sure what kills the battery so fast, but if the battery dying a few times before getting into the habit of recharging before battery death changes the outcome then I've got to replace my Quest 2.
It should not be dropping to 0% in an hour, but it drains pretty quick.
So should I seek getting a repair on my Quest 2? I don't know if I have a warranty still attached to it, but it could be marked up as a defective product.

If you want a suggestion for an avatar world, Kon and Chill is my favorite. Though if you are looking for taller ones you will not find them there.
Also, if you find avatars you like, go to avatars in your menu and favorite them.
Otherwise, when you change to another, you will not be able to go back to it unless you get it again.

That sounds like the audio device bug - in the ingame settings set your audio device to a different device, then close VRChat. Unplug the microphone/device you want to use and replug it, then launch VRChat again and switch the device back in the settings

Hey hopefully this helps someone, I've been having issues with among us and other worlds, not being able to load into them. I just tried to join a friend and was able to load in, then able to load into my own games so if you're having issues give that a try not sure if doing that fixed it or it just randomly decided fixing itself but worth a shot if you're having trouble

ok that is super weird i switch the mics and then all of a sudden it's super quiet on both. it was also after the systems game volume uping to 25
adjusted the mic volume in game that time and all of a sudden silenced

You have to keep reloading it until it decides to show them, if you have avatars favorited.

Keep on exiting the menu and going back to avatars, that is how I eventually get it to load.

the only source of sound for my computer is realtek hd audio and it makes my mic pic up the tv 3-4 feet away from me and i've tried absolutely everything to remove it.
