Many employers will overlook felonies not related to their business though. Theft may well make it hard to get work as a hotel housekeeper or retail employee just as much as embezzlement makes it hard to work with company money or get a job doing anything in a bank or IP theft will keep you out of IT and engineering; at that point you are a verifiable risk.

APNG's don't have the interlacing effect these ones do. APNG's work by being an animation that doesn't play until it opens in browser, so it shows 1 image for the first frame, then switches when opened.
These images have like an interlacing effect that seems to be accomplished via colour or lighting effects or something like that.
