Yes. Start mining purple crystals and wait for a corrupted Sentinel to show up. When it does, attack it and build up aggression (there will be 5 waves). After final wave, it will mark for you the location of a crashed ship (dissonance spike). You can find an autophage at the same site. There's also a decent drop chance for getting a harmonic resonator thingy from fighting the corrupted sentinels, and that will mark for you the location of a Harmonic Camp when consumed. Harmonic Camps have a Sentinel Multi-Tool cabinet, an autophage, and the computer you use to unlock the multi-tool case (which can also mark a Dissonance Spike crashed ship location for you).

The RNG for different stellar regions can vary how often you find certain kinds of things. For example, I did not see squid exotics for a long time because I didn't travel outside my starting stellar region. Two regions later, three different squid starships landed at a Trading Post one day while I was just sitting there. Procgen is an amazing thing. Moral of the story: having trouble finding something? Randomly go in any direction a long way. (Black holes are only one easy way to do that; using a Portal with random glyphs is also.)
