Man, in my search for a perfect homeworld I had two things in mind: lush world with blue ocean and green grass(does not have to be paradise, some storms are ok but no extreme conditions) or a perfect winter world(ideally without storms)...and I just found one system that has both...an amazing looking lush world with green grass and blue oceans(has storms but not extreme) and a perfect winter world without storms and has blue oceans.

Sounds like a bug...paradise quotient should only apply too stormless worlds notably marked as paradise. I just found one with 96.6% the other day but it was a really boring paradise planet...all purple grass, no ocean or anything...it was just meh.

During my search for a homeworld so far I had previously found three other lush worlds with green grass and blue oceans but two had brood infestations and one had extreme weather. The one I found today is the first I found that is actually good and to find it in the same system as perfect winter world is nuts. Not building at the moment but I'm definitely pinning this system for now and will take a break to consider whether I want to even look some more or put an end to the search and build here. Was planning to only have one home base but if I settle here there's no way I'm not also building a winter holiday home too.

Either you teleport to another players base in another galaxy, in which case it should tell you where you're teleporing to.
Or you travel by going to the galactic centre, in which case it will throw you in the next galaxy, and its set which it will be.

If you go through the galactic center then you always go to the next galaxy in order. Euclid is the first so going through center means the next is the 2nd, which is Hilbert, and so on. If you choose via story event then red=hostile, green=lush, blue=dead, and cyan=normal.

My best method is hopping on my Pilgrim on a dead planet and just going wild

Man I really wish there was a better way to farm freighter bulkheads other than spamming derelicts. Part of my new year's resolution was to be less chronically online/sit in front of a screen, but now I found a cool Sentinel freighter which I kinda want to max out. Ngl, it's a little painful playing this game legit, I def can see the appeal of creative mode.

Almost makes me wanna dupe to avoid the time sink, but that wouldn't really make it different from switching to creative mode.

Ideally you could find 2 outlaw systems with guaranteed frieghter battles and use those to farm

Warp in, defeat dreadnought, collect reward from civilians, warp to other system, repeat

And I think some guild also rewards bulkheads if you have high enough standing

I have to say, the possibility to freely switch difficulty to creative killed the game for me 🙁

I don't have the mental resilience to resist the temptation to craft everything for free

I do that for every game, no creative has ever been touched

The option to lock the difficulty settings exists. But I'm scared to use it just in case the devs rebalance the difficulty again sometime in the future. If that happens I might need to reconfigure them.

But I tend to always restart after reaching endgame anyways, so maybe I should commit to doing this for once.

So I'm trying to find a good planet for making my main base.
I'm in a lush galaxy.
Haven't found a paradise planet yet but what I want to know is do paradise planets have no sentinels?
I am also looking into other planets that come under lush categories like the tropical planet I'm seeing rn but in this it shows Sentinels Observant.

Paradise = label for a planet that has no sentinels (only around structures) no storms and is lush.

I think out of like 40 or so lush planets ive found 35 of them had aggressive sentinels or high sentinel activity

Go to Eissentam, lots of lush and paradise planets there. It's really damn hard to find a yellow system without at least one lush planet.

That should be good...it's a lush galaxy...paradise planets are not rare. Just make sure to stick to yellow star systems.

Some of them are but there are also plenty that look like comically tiny miniatures docked on the anomaly. Like modded corvettes looking like an Executor Class Star Destroyer that is supposed to be 19 kilometers long.

the drop vigilant stones give are the same as the ruins, polished, i think. if you were building something and needed only like five more you culd gethe them there.

That's the thing...it wasn't huge...it just had the appearance of an Executor. But seeing it docked on the anomaly just made it look like small toy...like tiny toy car miniature trying to pass for the real thing.
