Storm Crystals sell for a good amount. You can collect them and get your money back. But you can also just farm the Corvette parts from planets with Salvageable Scrap.

They spawn on planets with extreme storms, and only during the storms. The Minotaur Exocraft can make collecting them easier as you don't have to exit it to pick them up.
