I shot the space station to get the sentinel attentions because I was bored and I wanted to destroy their capital ship for fun so I destroyed the first, got to level 2 and destroyed the second, when I got to level 3 I had 2 ships, no big problem, until level 4, I had to destroy 3 ships which is no big deal but, I had to go trough level 4 3 times, before still being stuck on level 4, I thought this was a bug and wanted to give one last shot before escaping and restarting, I destroy the 3 ships, but then 11 ships spawned and I wasn’t even at level 5, I started destroying them but they kept respawning, and now I paused the game cus I don’t know what to do, do I keep destroying them or just escape?

Infra definitely outdamages Phase Beam now. With the caveat you need to release the trigger to avoid overheat. If you can't find a good rhythm or are lazy, Phase Beam is the better damaging weapon.

Realistically, this only matters for Dreadnought and Capital Ship kills though.
