I've done it in order to build the nautilon platform on my corvette. it wasn't much more cursed than a normal starship. The game had a little trouble with the transition between swimming and interior gravity

Yeah, it's a really weird issue. They either need to find a way for the ships to find viable space to spawn that doesn't collide with the established builds, or just add a Corvette landing pad for bases.

I had the same concern when before I did the expedition, but it was the best thing I could have done. I got 20m credits, 12,000 nanites and a load of rare items on top of my corvette out of it. It's worth it.

Neat thing about curious deposits: they respawn as soon as you reload the area. Make a base comp with teleporter near a bunch, harvest, teleport away, then immediately teleport back and harvest moar

New favorite bug with the corvettes, apparently if your landing and takeoff bugs out in the Anomaly, you can accidentally kidnap players by scooping them off the ground 😭

Early game would be first 10h for a new player perhaps; or, as a more general rule, the stage until you reach the Anomaly. Late game... after completion of the main story. Mid is harder to define I guess.

Giants are only in purple star systems. Therefore not affected by galaxy type

Galaxy type only affects yellow stars. Giants are only in Purple stars. So it doesn't affect your chances

I disagree cos I find loads of paradise in red, green, blue and purple systems aswell

I just don't usually warp to giant systems cos I hate having to go around the giants

radars tell you if it is a gas giant planet or not. so look for a 1 planet system and the planet needs moons

I've spent plenty of time in ten. Currently live in 19, which is the next lush galaxy. It's not about feelings or what happens to us, its game code. Galaxy type only affects yellow stars
