You could try right click NMS icon and then "Properties" you should get an Admin panel and select Compatibility mode. Pretty much all Pc games have this ❤️

Side Note, most touch pads have a hold setting where if you press more tha 1.5 seconds it counts as right click for secondary options

While in deep sea you take pressure damage which is just another hazard damage

Except on Nintendo Switch, in order to trigger the mission's start, the player must meet the following requirements:

Own a Planetary Settlement.
