there are also some decorations that are only unlocked from expeditions (not available anymore unless you use a save editor) and derelict freighters also have a decor set you can unlock while scvenging

Well I found it to be.. but there were some bugs that didnt alow progression with some settlements. The textures for base building hopefully got fixed but can live with until it does get fixed.

HG is based in UK and they have direct control over Steam depots for the game

They cook up a patch, they distribute it to other platforms / vendors, those make their own validation / testing
