You can use OnTopReplica (free software) on GitHub, made by LorenzCK.

You can clone any window, crop it to just the part you want it, configure the transparency of it and even make it click-through, so you can play your games on fullscreen while you stream.

I told they needed to ban that person, but they just deleted the message.

Or at least mute the account for a long time, so that the real owner may have the chance to recover their account.

Problem is, with Discord's current role system, you can't remove permissions given to the everyone role with a role above it, so creating a Mute role is pointless.
The only way to solve this is removing all perms from everyone, giving a default "member" role to all the members, then creating a mute role right above everyone and below the default Members role, if you still want users to see the channels, but not interact with them. It's a ton of work.

First I got it from opening a stremlabs mail link.
Then I went to the website itself instead, and also got this.
Then when I tried again it did send me through to the page, could click the dashboard button, but then after that it was white only. Most history links of stream labs also give a whitescreen, with the exception of an in-editor overlay url

So it a bit of a mix atm

If I go from the main site window and click on my account icon and go to any of those links, it also gives white

So for me atm only the home page and 1 in editor URL show anything

Hey i'm trying to build a new overlay but for whatever reason when i put dimensions of 1920 x 1080p it leaves the bottom short

and that is showing up when i import to OBS

Have you checked the size of the original image that you are using? I don't see any clear distortions in the image itself, so the image must have a lower height than 1080p, or even 900p.

If I'm not mistaken this image is at 21:9 proportion, instead of 16:9 - the one used for the HD sizes.

A 'hack' you could use is to create 2 alert widgets, each with a part of the text, having them appear on top of each other. Both alerts would go live at the same time, so you'd have different colors for each line.

The only problem I see for Twitch right now is that since the source code is released, they potentially also have the oAuth tokens to bypass 2FA.

Users might be screwed no matter what...

I'm sure as Stream Elements grows and expands that option will open up. In the mean time you could always set up a Ko-fi for just tips. You can link a Stripe account to Ko-fi which gives donors the ability to tip with a credit card if that's what you're looking for. Also Ko-fi doesn't take a fee either only Stripe/ PayPal

I am a streamer and content creator myself and have build my following through YouTube shorts and live content, for me making a living in a normal job is impossible in my country and I have founded a office space that helps other people with mental disabilities to learn to make games, stream games or a artistic craft that gives them a fair pay.
I would be very interested in the program not only for myself but also for the people we have in the office.

Sometimes Ctrl + R (or was it Ctrl + F5?) will do the trick. Works on Discord too (since it's built using Chromium, amongst other tools)

It can help when Discord decides it won't let you talk a voice-chat.
