Pain, just got a replacement mic back a while ago, couldn't plug it in. Then I get the dongle so I can, and then it doesn't work since it counts as headphones 😐

It is quite frustrating. Headphones worked fine. Original mic did too, until it broke in less than a month (Keep in mind, birthday gift, birthday is early April). Then I waited a ton of time to get it, and it's different (original was usb, new is headphone jack), so someone must've messed up the first one or the newer one. Then whenever I plug it in my Mac counts it as headphones

crucial ballistix 3600

I'm going to have lag with this configuration too? I play on fullhd streaming at 720 o 1080 if possible

Kappagen number limits

Everyone loves kappas, but they can take their toll on the CPU. I've a couple buddies in my online community that will occasionally spam a stupid amount of kappas, "!kappagen [insert kappa] 9999999"

It's fairly amusing but I've a friend who does it more often than I'd like on my stream, causing the frame rate to drop significantly for a good 10-15 seconds.

You need to ask to the streamer to invite you as editor on his account in order to duplicate the overlay to his account

Follow these steps to grant managers/moderators access to your dashboard:

1. Click on your channel name at the top of the dashboard
2. Create a new invite at one of three access levels (Bot Supervisor, Editor, Full Control)
3. Send this invite to a mod/manager to give them access to your dashboard. The link is one-time-use and expires after 72 hours if not accepted

You create one, or you rent one. That question is way outside what most here will really be able to answer. If you're just starting IRL streaming and already jumping into RTMP, or OBS servers, it's way too soon to think of that, in my opinion. It's gonna be better and less confusing if you just go straight from your phone to Twitch unless you have somebody with experience walking you through the steps.

But the first sentence of that is the most important. You gotta learn how to make your PC one, or you rent one from one of the places that rent those sort of things.
