Hey, anyone know why I can't get the audio from my USB capture card into OBS?
Windows detects the sound but OBS doesn't.
Detects my other audio sources fine, however. (Desktop / Mic)
I was able to get it to work by using a custom audio device and capturing the USB interface.

I know at some point it was just the US but I can't find the current list of eligible countries. While you are correct about discoverability, many big name Youtubers like TEAMEVGA and WD_BLACK only use Youtube to point to their simulcast on Twitch where all the contests are held and customer interaction is.

CSGO has implemented a Trust Feature where OBS cannot capture the game with Game Capture, you either have to use Window Capture for that

I would start there and see what it shows; I'm assuming it will match close to what OBS says? but maybe not
try to figure out was is causing the rate drop; is it good on a static overlay and dips when you turn on your cam? an animated overlay causing it? other overlays work? a game? all games? .... like I said 100s of options;

that twitch inspector is pretty much saying i can stream at 2500-3000 bitrate but my internet and pc well capable of doing more...

@broken imp Consoles do not have native support for overlays. You would need a capture card, PS4 remote play or Xbox companion app and a PC with OBS in order to have overlays over your console gameplay.
