from the Overlay Editor > Session data on top right (monitor symbol) > Goals tab > reset progress of desired goal
from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.

You have to connect Twitch and OBS. The chatroom automatically pops up. Sometimes it takes a minute for it to load up. If it doesn't, go to 'view' in the top menu of OBS. It should be somewhere in there, maybe under 'docks' and then you will see chat. I'm trying to remember. I not at my computer right now to see. Let me know if that worked.

Until PayPal clears the tip and sends back a confirmation to your StreamElements account, no information will appear there and no alert will play, as that confirmation is the only way for us to be aware of a successful transaction.
There is a posibility that the tip may have been sent as an eCheque/eCheck - these tips can take from 7 up to 21+ days to show up on our side. Tippers can usually cancel these.
If you believe there may be an issue with the transaction, you'll need to contact PayPal support as StreamElements is only a passthrough service and never actually gets involved with the transaction or touches the money

Custom Fonts

Steps:

Install the font on the streaming PC or choose a pre-installed windows font.
In the overlay widget settings, select Text Settings
Click on Enable Custom Font
Type the name of the font as it appears in the windows font directory (This is usually C:\Windows\Fonts)

Note: After installing fonts, the browser and OBS must be restarted for the font to appear.

Hi guys. I set up my overlay, alerts etc and it was all working perfectly. Now I can get any of my follower/subscriber type alerts to work. They won't come up on stream and they won't even play the sound when I'm on the stream elements website where I set it all up. Does anyone have any idea on how I can solve this?

Weird issue that's started. Stream elements comments and activity window in obs does not work any more. Comments are coming up on stream for viewers through connection to stream elements web page but the actual pop out Windows don't even register when i go live just says "your comments will turn up here once you go live". It's like the obs app is disconnected but I've tried completely disconnecting and then reconnecting resetting streaming codes and completely re installing app. This did happen after Windows update 20h3 as well as Facebook changing my streaming page site to a different type this might be why but i can't understand why doesn't make sense that it's disconnected but connected at the same time. I thought the comments and activity would be activated through the streaming elements web browsers which is still working fine but it must come from Facebook itself and the link to Facebook live is broken somehow. Any ideas SE.Support.

@winged void If a viewer tipped through PayPal but no information appears in your StreamElements account, this generally means PayPal has held the tip for verification.
Until PayPal clears the tip and sends back a confirmation to your StreamElements account, no information will appear there and no alert will play, as that confirmation is the only way for us to be aware of a successful transaction.
There is a posibility that the tip may have been sent as an eCheque/eCheck - these tips can take from 7 up to 21+ days to show up on our side. Tippers can usually cancel these.
If you believe there may be an issue with the transaction, you'll need to contact PayPal support as StreamElements is only a passthrough service and never actually gets involved with the transaction or touches the money
