@hoary crag If a viewer tipped through PayPal but no information appears in your StreamElements account, this generally means PayPal has held the tip for verification.
Until PayPal clears the tip and sends back a confirmation to your StreamElements account, no information will appear there and no alert will play, as that confirmation is the only way for us to be aware of a successful transaction.
There is a posibility that the tip may have been sent as an eCheque/eCheck - these tips can take from 7 up to 21+ days to show up on our side. Tippers can usually cancel these.
If you believe there may be an issue with the transaction, you'll need to contact PayPal support as StreamElements is only a passthrough service and never actually gets involved with the transaction or touches the money

I have a custom chatbot command (!discord) which I would love to have executed on a timer to periodically invite people to my Discord server. When I set up the timer, I am seeing the command text in chat, but the command does not execute. When your average viewer numbers are that low most stat trackers are highly inaccurate, only recording the times that you are above X amount of viewers and ignoring when you are below X amount of viewers

Say you stream for 8 hours, and 2 of it you are in the 5-7 range, and it only tracks if you are 5 or higher, it shows your average at 6 since its not counting the other 6 hours

try CTRL SHIFT R

clearing cache too, you can disable cache reload upon refreshing (press F12 > network tab > tick the checkbox for "disable cache")

try to check that checkbox, and then press CTRL SHIFT R to reload the website

@desert latch Consoles do not have native support for overlays. You would need a capture card, PS4 remote play or Xbox companion app and a PC with OBS in order to have overlays over your console gameplay.

They need to invite you to their account as an editor, then you can copy them over from your account to theirs
