My band streams and we just have 4 people in it, so if we're all streaming it on our phone's while we're live we'll never be below 4 viewers. I would just tell your friends to turn it on a device they're not using and turn the system volume on that device all the way down. It can't be the volume in twitch and you can't mute the tab, otherwise the views won't count.

@tame spindle 10 minutes of watch time is given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled to watch time to work properly.
There is no direct link between watch time and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the number of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in the chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user do not affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

I have set the bot timer perfectly but they do not start despite the chat lines completed within 5 minutes and the external timer set by me does not seem to start. Why?

now i tried to put the 3 timers to 10-12-14 messages every 10 minutes but sometimes only one starts sometimes none

if I put the chat lines above 6 it seems that it does not take them but since I have few spect and few messages only 6 messages are very few and I risk to clog the chat but if I put them in more chat lines the timer does not start

How do i use a overlay on obs studios

Where should I start if I am new and just setting everything up? I have downloaded obs as well as obs.live. I am trying to understand the overlays and alerts and all that. There are so many videos and so much information. Pointing me in to the right beginning point would be appreciated.

Why is it that when streaming the viewer count never matches the people actually in the users chat? For example there maybe 20 people showing in the users but it shows only 8 viewing? This happens a lot & is inconsistent. Is this a Twitch or Streamelements problem? Thanks 😊

Chat and the video player are 2 different parts. You can have chat open but not the video player. This could be from the website, embedded chat on another site, or a 3rd party app that connects to chat.

Sorry but I actually know all the people that are in my chat are logged in and members of Twitch but the view count that shows below the video and in the moderator dashboard is still below the amount of users in the chat.

Other streamers I’ve spoken to have all had the same problems.

Also when I get a stream summary Twitch and Streamelements viewer count is always different from each other. So something is wrong!
