Hello everyone! Maybe someone here can help. This is a HD60S plus, chat link and OBS question. I’m trying to figure out the set up for capturing game chat, audio and game audio through the chat link set up running analog audio. I managed to accomplish getting game chat to come through the capture card but I can’t seem to figure out how to get game audio. Any ideas on what to do?

If you are using the total follower/total subscriber widget, reset your session from the Activity Feed to fetch updated data from twitch. If you’re using goal widgets, you can edit the progress of any goal by going to Activity Feed > Widget Data > Goals. This can also be found in the Overlay Editor by selecting DATA (next to WIDGETS) > Goals.

Was your Facebook account created on 08/29/2021? because any followers BEFORE this date will not count.

There are also issues with Facebook API preventing loging into StreamElements. The issue at hand is that Facebook is not proving the proper tools for us to properly support their Gaming experince

More than likely your accounts need to be merged! - Please note:

• Merging accounts allows for faster ways to switch between accounts
• Merging accounts allows duplicating/sharing overlays between the accounts
• Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events

Would recommend keeping an eye on your dashboard, mainly checking the sponsorships tab on a regular basis and your emails.

Anytime you have a new offer, those are the two places your offers will show up.

One thing to remember, if it's an offer that you know you want to do, make sure you select 'start campaign'.

This will secure your spot in the sponsorship campaign, but you will still have a window of time in order to complete the sponsorship campaign (meaning even though you hit 'start', you don't have to start right away 👍 )

Exact same situation as kick. People thought it was so neat and flashy and new and it needed supported….and it flopped. A platform has to actually show growth before support is built out for it. Trovo has a lot of funding behind it (Tencent) which will allow it to expand and sustain. Other platforms are trying to copycat the kings and it isn’t working for them, and they fail. You need to install SE.live and then follow these directions:

1. In SE.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/re4theQ.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

If a viewer tipped through PayPal but no information appears in your StreamElements account, this generally means PayPal has held the tip for verification.
Until PayPal clears the tip and sends back a confirmation to your StreamElements account, no information will appear there and no alert will play, as that confirmation is the only way for us to be aware of a successful transaction.
There is a posibility that the tip may have been sent as an eCheque/eCheck - these tips can take from 7 up to 21+ days to show up on our side. Tippers can usually cancel these.
If you believe there may be an issue with the transaction, you'll need to contact PayPal support as StreamElements is only a passthrough service and never actually gets involved with the transaction or touches the money

Overlays are mandatory and they should not create performance issues unless the hardware is overloaded already. Without the overlay the stream time goal will not be completed and we will have problems approving it manually since the main requirement is missing. Can you try lowering your stream settings and maybe make the overlay smaller and try to stream with it.

Hi 🙂 I'm in the Rise of Kingdoms campaign. The achievements for this campaign are to play at least 2 streams with at least two hours each and to get 2 players at level 5 city hall. However, I'm unnable to get players to download the game, what will happen then if the campaign ends without reaching that base achievement?

The only way to truly delete it is physically destroy your hard drive. If you want best effort, do a full format 5+ times. I don't know what StreamLabs stores on your computer, but all the StreamElements stuff will be inside the OBS folders, in your home folder, and maybe some in the registry.

Hello hi I have a question I am running two different computers one is in my living room hooked up to my PS5 and the other one is in my computer room where I play off PC

I have stream elements OBS installed on both of these computers

I always start on the PS5 in my living room with the dedicated computer there. But I always have to turn off the Stream and then move to the computer room in order to start up a new stream

The computer room is a completely different computer where they are not connected this is for me to play the PC version of the game

My question to you guys is this is there a way I can continue the Stream starting in the living room on the Dell computer and then somehow transferring the Stream in order to go live from the computer room on the MSI pc?

If your commands recently stopped working and you're using SE.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In SE.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/re4theQ.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

There is no easy way to unlink 2 owner-type accounts from each other. The only way is to make a closure request from here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/security

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

If you went all the way through and clicked all the begin/start buttons it should have worked. Some campaigns do have a limited number of spots and if you don't actually begin/start them they do run out of available spots.

I have installed SE.live into OBS and added a overlay to a scene. What i have understand is, when i am going to the properties of the browser source, there should be a button to edit it in OBS. But there isn´t such a button. Maybe i have missed something during setup. Already watched some videos and read some FAQ´s , but didn´t get it. Can someone point me to the right direction?
