The quickest (to me personally)is changing the last numbers to =X*60 where x is the numbered there already.

That's merely the internal formula for multiplying. When you open the file in excel it'll show the number vs what you have in NPP.

If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Hey folks; just checking some alerts for a stream I edit the layouts for and we've run into an issue -- no alert sounds are playing outside of the editor. I've opened the preview in a new tab in the browser and can hear nothing, same with a browser source in OBS. The only place I'm getting alert audio is inside the editor. The alert videos are running absolutely fine.

Is this a known issue?

If you are not hearing your alerts and/or Media Request, you are most likely using the Control Audio via OBS option in your browser source properties.
To make sure you hear the alerts and the stream also hears them, follow along the screenshot bellow.

While you can't have the bot trigger it's own commands, you could create a timer that has

${quote <id>} or ${quote} as the response. This will trigger the responses to shoot out at an interval you desire.

You can duplicate the alertbox into the overlay and then adjust it from there.

To do this, find the alertbox layer that you wish to duplicate > click the copy button (next to the trash can) > Copy to other overlay > Choose your overlay and then submit it. Once you've done this. It will copy the alertbox in its entirety.

If you are not seeing the OBS Twitch integrations and have SE.Live installed, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are on the latest and greatest version of SE.Live
2. Exit OBS (make sure OBS is not running)

4. Start SE.Live
5. Settings > Stream > Disconnect > Connect

There is no easy way to unlink 2 owner-type accounts from each other. The only way is to make a closure request from here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/security

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

Hi, I'm running into a bit of a frustration right now. I'm trying to get the text of the username to always fit within the box and be centered within it (The text on the left is built into my overlay). Everything I try causes either nothing at all to change, or the font to become massive and completely flow out of the box. Even when I add margins, it seems to act more like a resolution for the box. Is this a custom font issue or am I completely missing something?

Consoles do not have native support for overlays. You would need a capture card, PS4 remote play or Xbox companion app and a PC with OBS in order to have overlays over your console gameplay.

You can block alerts from users by adding their name on a block list (Revenue > Tipping Settings > Tipping Settings in the top right > Tip Moderation > Automatic Tip Message Filtering > Filtered Words) That's a workaround to prevent the alert from triggering, then once you have the email attached to the dono, you can block it

I'm able to get it to display with no issue in OBS. Make sure that you have the browser source at 1920x1080. I see that you have it in the middle of the screen, so it may be best to adjust the location of the widget in the overlay editor and then have the source stay exactly where it is

2. skip trying to isolate each source and just right click > Properties > "refresh cache of current page" on each source

There is no way to make the overlay for the app vertical.

You can make overlays a custom resolution and set one for a vertical portrait. However, the app doesn't allow for overlays to be added. The work around for this is to adjust the layout of the overlay itself. it may look funky in the editor but should work for mobile stream.

The alternative is to use a different app, such as PRISM

More than likely your accounts need to be merged! - Please note:

• Merging accounts only allow faster ways to switch between accounts
• Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events
• Merging accounts allows duplicating/sharing overlays between the accounts

Please understand that every setup will be very different.

Any guides or videos that claim otherwise are misinforming. Your best option is to start with a base and adjust as necessary.

You can run the OBS auto-configuration tool. To use the auto-config, click on the Tools menu in OBS, select Auto-Configuration Wizard, and then just follow the on-screen directions.
You can use this tool to get baseline settings for your hardware and adjust as necessary from there.

Test, test, and test again. We are happy to offer suggestions for any issues you may be having afterward, but not a list of settings.

hey guys, I'm adding timers to execute commands that activate videos on command. I am using this method to show animated popups for my social media accounts.. If I use this for multiple videos on timers I will of course want to space them out so that they dont overlap.. However if I do one on a 6 minute timer and one on a 8 min timer wouldn't they eventually overlap? If so, is there a better way to execute this idea?

Is there a way for stream elements to activate a command when a Channel Point Reward is Redeemed? An example of what I would hope to do is add a channel point reward that lets a viewer exchange a set amount of channel points for a set amount of stream element points. Like (Pay 500 CP) activates command ( !addpoints USER 2000 )

The alternative i know off would be to let them use the channel reward and i manually enter the command, but they would have to wait for a mod or myself to do so.

The !watchtime command is directly tied to the Loyalty system. The Loyalty system must be enabled for viewers' watchtime to count up.
To enable Loyalty, please go to the Loyalty section of your account: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/loyalty
Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.
Please note that watchtime is not tracked by Twitch and there is no way to retroactively apply past watchtime to viewers.

Heeeello, I’ve got a bit of a weird issue.
So I made my account with an old twitch channel right? I recently changed channels for a few reasons, so wanted to make a new SE account using said new channel. Whenever I log out on the SE website, if I press Sign Up or Log In and click on twitch, it automatically logs into the account for the older channel. I was like okay hmm let me delete the account for the first channel. Then I pressed sign up and twitch, and it literally made a new account with the old twitch channel, without giving me any option to choose. I was like weird but okay let me try and clear cache, so I’ve cleared the SE website cache several times after logging out and refreshing, but I still can’t choose what account to sign up/log in with

You don't need to clear the Cookies of StreamElements, but you need to clear the cookies of Twitch. Try logging in to StreamElements in a private/incognito window

Okay so there is a weird bug with your variants. You'll need to delete and recreate them since they have a TTS requirement of 50 (for some reason). they're bugged out and so Unfortuantely have to recreate them.

If a viewer tipped through PayPal but no information appears in your StreamElements account, this generally means PayPal has held the tip for verification. Until PayPal clears the tip and sends back a confirmation to your StreamElements account, no information will appear there and no alert will play, as that confirmation is the only way for us to be aware of a successful transaction.

If you believe there may be an issue with the transaction, you'll need to contact PayPal support as StreamElements is only a passthrough service and never actually gets involved with the transaction or touches the money.

If I emulate an alert for following, the alert works on the website but not in my OBS anymore. Even the standard alerts of Streamelemts are not showing up or making a sound. Using the 'emulate' button to trigger alerts in the overlay editor works fine and I can see the changes in OBS however when I reset my follower goal back to what it was prior to 'emulating' it changes in the editor but not on OBS. The !watchtime command is directly tied to the Loyalty system. The Loyalty system must be enabled for viewers' watchtime to count up.
To enable Loyalty, please go to the Loyalty section of your account: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/loyalty
Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.
Please note that watchtime is not tracked by Twitch and there is no way to retroactively apply past watchtime to viewers.

I hope this is the right place to ask for help with the overlay editor. I'm trying to use the asset rotator to intermittently display two animated images. However, when each image rolls around, the gif doesn't play from the beginning. I can't figure out why this is, I've messed with the timing of the images and I've looked through all the settings on the widget but I can't figure it out. I need each gif to play from the beginning when they display.

I believe when the overlay is loaded, it loads all the images, so all the gifs will be playing constantly even when not showing. If the length of the animation is the same for all images, you could always have them display for that amount of time (minus a little).

this explains a lot. so I just need to have the gap between when the images displays be evenly divisible by the length of the images then, right? that way when they pop up they're always ready at the start

Also, the charity overlay I have is basically the exact same overlay with things just ordered differently, yet that one works

Now that I think about it, the subathon overlay is a duplicate of the charity overlay, could it be that something went wrong with duplicating the overlay?

I would try deleting the subathon one and readding it, as the subathon one has some changes for sure. The canvas, for one, is much smaller than the charity one

• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline

Addpoints is at a userlevel higher than a mod, which is likely why it doesn't work for them but does for you

I was going to suggest the level command, that is likely the easiest way to do it, but if that doesn't work, we'd probably have to try adding them in user management

It isn’t possible due to the way the twitch API works. Twitch now filters events like hosts by a minimum viewer number and therefore that is impossible to do

My stream labels keep losing their custom fonts when I close chrome. I have been saving my overlay, it's just when I open it up again it says the name of the custom font and that it is enabled but the actual stream label is in the default text, any ideas?

The font I'm using is an Adobe Font if that changes anything

I have a couple of questions about the Queue Module.

1. Is the !queue remove <username> a mod-only command and is the <username> parameter required? Whenever any non-mod member of my community attempts to use this command there is no response from the bot.

2. Is there a way to create aliases for the sub commands? I know I can create an alias for queue but am interested in simplifying the sub commands. For example, instead of !queue join or !queue list it would simply be !join and !list.

1. I do believe that these commands are Mod and above. for Pick and Remove, you do need the username after it.

2. We currently don't have the ability to add alias's for the commands ready as it's still in Beta. I'll pass this info to our devs so they can look into it.
