I'm sure the staff will answer you, but the fortnite partnership was a partnership for streamers. Some of us were invited from the start and others submitted applications to join. This wasn't a public program were anyone could do the challenges and receive the rewards, hence why the actual streamers in the program never publicly mentioned the challenges and only mentioned the rewards once we had the codes. As far as I'm aware now, the partnership is closed for any new applications. hope that helps 🙂 @frank ferry

If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Hey Recently, the !slots command has been always been ending up with losses. Even with the percent up to 200% and only 2 emotes. Not sure what other things I can do to troubleshoot why even after 40 attempts all loses with those settings.

- less than 100 on the slider means people will not win money over time using the slot machine. 80-100 is a good range
- less emotes = higher win chance
- it's like 5 emotes = 3%, 4 emotes = 7%, 3 = 12%

I understand if you are getting a white page and need to clear the cookies then

but the issue here is that the login token we get from Twitch has an expiry time of 30 or so days

if said streamer does not login to our dashboard at least once in the past 30 days, then we loose full access to their events and API connection

this is intended behavior from twitch

so tell the streamer to use this link: https://streamelements.com/logout and then to login to the dashboard

if you again get the loop wher you are tossed to the main page, use the link as well

login to your account and you should be good to access at bare minimum, your own account

Unfortunately, we cannot predict when the token expires as its not 30 days exactly. We still see it as a good health account on our side and until they just don't enter our dashboard to refresh the token, we don't see theres a problem

especially if an editor attempts to enter the account - that does nothing unfortunately, except spit you out on the main page

I've talked with our Lead dev about this and he has seen this and there is no way to predict or show an error of this, except the bot response we've setup

I actually came here to try and find out what these minimum requirements are and what else gets restricted if we don't meet them as I cannot grow my channel if features are going to be taken away. Is there a list of minimum requirements (e.g. the 100 followers) and what is not offered if these are not met?

• stream on a regular basis (more then 1 time every 7 days)
• at least 100 followers

Any other requirements for the stream reports we cannot share

Nothing is being taken away from you, but there is another feature that is not available for you, as it has hard requirements:

the stream reports have a soft requirement, as I recall from me replying to your ticket - you may still get the reports, but its not a guarantee, because you have less then 100 followers.

Also I'm not really sure how a stream report will help you grow, when its just a summary of your last stream compared to the previous stream.
If you need deep analytics of your streams, I would strongly advise to look at the Twitch channel analytics as it has way better breakdowns of your stream sessions and you can even look in the past 1 year if not in the past 5 years of streaming(if you've streamed that long)

Our graph that we show on the stream report may not be 100% accurate, because we grab data every 5 to 15 minutes and populate that in the stream report.

But when trying !ticket 1 or !enter , no tickets are purchased.

If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/re4theQ.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline

Note: If you see X channel has hosted you with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

This sounds like a local issue. First - i would check if the same happens with the overlays opened in a browser. If not - we can start checking your streaming software. If yes - then we can check the issues with networking etc.

Alright, so while the overlays are opened in my browser they work fine. It seems to only be an issue in actual OBS.

This is hard to fix. If the logs do not show anything suspicious with overlay links, i would actually recommend a clean OBS reinstall - it is usually faster than digging around for issues. Save scene collections and profiles and reinstall.

Not sure if this is the right channel to report this issue, but I am unable to change the custom bot name in OBS.Live. I had a custom bot name before, but I recently had to change my password on the alt/bot account.

Now when I go into the settings and click on Connect Custom Bot Account and sign into my alt account, go through the login screen and the authentication, the sign in window closes and goes back to the Settings screen but Send Test Message is still not enabled, and the account still isn't available under the Current Bot Name dropdown box.

You can share the overlay link (not recommended, but possible) and have that overlay loaded on multiple devices - does not matter where they are.

That will display the same data of course. Or you create an overlay and with an "Editor" invite you could share the overlay - but that will display unique channel data after it is transferred.

So, when a viewer tips or follows, the alert doesn't show up on stream. I go into the overlay editor and everything seems to be in order (follower alert, tip alert, and others are checked and set up appropriately). When I go to emulate an alert and have preview to be live, the emulated alert shows up. But not when I replay the actual event. I also have Kappagen going on alert, and that shows up both on stream and off. I've tried disabling the widget and reenabling the widget and now am at a loss on what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi y'all. Is anyone having issues with streamelements alerts not playing audio? My alert goes off on the screen. Sometimes the audio will play for just a quick second and then it goes silent. The announcement of who subbed and how many months and such still plays, but the audio for all my alerts won't.

I've reinstalled obs live using the stable version. Refreshed my overlays. Verified there are no other audio problems with anything else in OBS. I don't understand. I just downloaded the streamdeck plugin for streamelements and the kappagen action isnt working ( i checked and it doesnt work in my overlays either ) In my overlays it only shows one emote ( the kappa emote ) but emote explosions works just fine and i can configure it like any other day.

Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline

Note: If you see X channel has hosted you with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/re4theQ.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

2. In the overlay widget settings, select Text Settings
