these are all good things to keep track of, theres not much that you need to do all the time but theres other things you can do if you want. fishing is something Id do more often because as your skill raises it gets easier and its a good source of cash. checking the tv for the daily luck or if theres a recipe (look for queen of sauce show) also fridays and sundays in the cindersap woods theres a traveling cart that has goods you can buy

What do you mean by move? I can only move things around (like to re-organze) when I open my bag (E button). In that case I can move the bait like anything else. And put it in whatever slot I want.
When I'm selecting it from my mini inventory, like I when to change the tool I'm using, it "holds" it like it would a fish, or a berry. It's grayed out, and I can move it around my screen bc it's attached to my cursor.

Hmm, I think I found the issue.

So you don't put bait on from the mini inventory

You put bait on the rod... Through the Full E button menu

You go into the big inventory, click the bait to move it, and right click it onto the pole

By picking it up (like you would move it), and then hovering over the rod and right clicking (or now Spacebar/double tap) in your case

Then save them after that for level 5 fishing.

Kind of removed.. You can re-enable it in the advanced settings when making a farm.

well technically as of 1.6 yes, but not in a useful way - fully grown f ruit trees now spawn a sapling when cut down, and if the tree was old enough the sapling will grow faster - but I don't think that's useful information to you
