Can you please double check if you have signed into Adobe with the email address to which you received the invite?

For most cases when people have access issue, the reason is they requested access with an email address with which they don't have an Adobe ID account.

To see which is the primary email address in your Adobe ID account, go to adobe.com -> click on your avatar -> view account, you will see your primary email address right under the button "Edit profile".

Then go to your inbox and see if you have received the invite to the same email address as the one you have in your Adobe ID account.

For most cases when people have access issue, the reason is they requested access with an email address with which they don't have an Adobe ID account.

To see which is the primary email address in your Adobe ID account, go to adobe.com -> click on your avatar -> view account, you will see your primary email address right under the button "Edit profile".

Then go to your inbox and see if you have received the invite to the same email address as the one you have in your Adobe ID account.

Hello, It's been a week since you asked me to submit Tracy's new form and so far I don't see any solution to my question and I've submitted all possible and impossible tests, am I the only user who has this problem? more than a month since the date I was accepted for the tests, it's frustrating to see other users testing the tool and I'm here always looking for a solution to my problem both here and on the forums.
